Had my fav sub, the Godfather. My partner had the Antipasto salad. Food was prepared fast. Great people working there at the time. Thanks.

Very skimpy sub. Hardly any meat and skimpy with toppings. Very disappointed. Will not order from this location again. Bread was good but that’s about it. I don’t have an option to share pictures or else I would. I would definitely pass on this location.

We bought a few subs to bring over to my grandparents for my grandma’s 80th birthday, and while the service was quick, we were disappointed to find that the chicken salad sub was just cold “grilled” pieces of chicken, and the cheese was forgotten. The tomatoes also did not taste fresh. Since we asked for a chicken salad sub, we did not ask for any extra condiments so we ended up with a very bland and dry sub. The cheesesteak sub was bland as well. We probably won’t be returning to any DiBellas locations in the future. Way too expensive to have subpar food that I had to add my own cheese and mayo to. Why am I paying all this money to have to provide my own ingredients to improve food that was messed up? Two thumbs down.

These days I’ve come to not expect much from any customer service situations, and I get why. DiBellas felt like something different all together.

Done with the East Ave location. I go once a week as a lunch rotation with my coworkers. And its like playing Russian Roulette because once in a blue moon they will actually make my sub correctly. This has been going on for months now and it seems like it’s when the older woman with the salt and pepper hair takes my order it turns out wrong. I get the same order each time and every single time there is something missing whether it be a condiment, topping, cheese etc… I love Dibella’s but cant go to this location anymore.

I can’t remember the last time they got my order from there correct. I frequent several other Dibellas locations and they are usually spot on with my order (love their subs). I forget about how bad they mess up at this location and I try again. It’s the closest to me so I want them to be better

Hubby got a sub. Use to love them but now histamine intolerant has put a stop to all of that. And all other good food. So now I have to find plant based for and go through them to find the ones I like. But dibella’s when I could eat your subs they were delicious.

On Saturday I ordered my favorite (the roast beef) online for curbside pickup “ASAP.” Immediately got the email telling me my pickup time, which was only 15 minutes later. It was pouring rain, I arrive & pull into the parking spot and I feel like only two mins later, this very nice young guy comes to my car with a big smile on his face, hands my order off to me & thanks me, as he gets soaked. I can’t even get people in the service industry to acknowledge me half the time, so for this kid to come out in the pouring rain & still be so pleasant to me…well, I was super impressed to say the least.

There was 6 people working, no one in the restaurant and it still took 10 mins to make the sub. It was just turkey and bacon…. I really can’t comprehend what the issue is lately. They even forgot my bacon which I paid extra for. The biggest concern is… with all those employees and a dead restaurant what happens when it’s actually busy? It seems common for this behavior now a days but it still catches you off guard. 20 years ago this would never be tolerated. Get it together

DiBellas makes thee MOST amazing subs you have ever eaten in your life. It is our absolute favorite sub restaurant. The rolls are incredible ( I love the Everything bread mmm), and it is amazing the options if veggies you can add to any sub for free. I am a veggie fanatic so that really works for me. DiBellas also has delicious meats and cheeses..very fresh every time. I love the dressings, and other condiments they offer. There is no other sub restaurant with that number generous offerings that enable you to tailor your sub so perfectly.
