Used to be the best sub place in Rochester. I hate the new process for ordering now. It turned from the most friendly place with great sandwich makers to an online ordering experience even in the store. If I wanted to be treated like a number I would just go to subway and save money. It’s a shame seeing a great place go downhill.

Overall this sub shop does well and they seem to get my order right when using their mobile app. Compared to Subway you are getting much better quality but that also comes at a higher price tag. With food inflation in full effect I guess it’s just a matter of getting used to the higher prices on everything. The cookies should be illegal to sell because they are irresistible calories, but if it means I have to workout another 15 minutes, so be it.

The way they keep the counter organized so you can’t see what they’re putting on. Your sub is ridiculous. A new person ruined my sub and I couldn’t even tell what they were doing while I was standing right there. You can’t see what ingredients to choose from. They of course have a list of items but it’s a million times easier to just look at the ingredients that you want on your sub. You also have no idea whether a new person there is burying your sub in hot peppers or not. What a dumb way to do this. You can get a good sub but it’s luck!.

This location is ok I guess beside the fact that every time I order my sandwich. I explain how I want it and the cook is always making it the way he wants it. So what’s the purpose of asking how I want my sandwiches if you’re not gonna make it the way I want it. And it’s always the same cook that does that.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad, asked for extra cheddar and bacon. Assuming that meant shredded cheddar and bacon bits. Nope, fam threw 3 strips of bacon and a slice of cheese under the toppings. Never in all my years have I seen such a ridiculous thing on salad. Picked it off added my own, lesson learned. Don’t order salads from sub shops. Can’t teach a hammer to screw nails.
