My company reserved a private room for us the other night, and we had such a great experience! Everything was perfect. The sirloin was tender and seasoned to perfection. The crab cakes were also very delicious! I was unable to get a picture of those because they didn’t last long on my plate. The waiters and waitresses were very professional and kind. I cannot wait to return one day!

Impeccable Dinner, Lilu the manager sets the tone for a truly exceptional dining experience, Lilu’s is a woman I would be proud to work beside any day, from the moment we walked in Lauren and Sarah greeted us at the door with lovely smiles and confidence, we were seated at our table promptly for dinner, our server J was an absolute delight, she was knowledgeable and pleasant, we were so appreciative that she was our server, as a restaurant manager myself I was so impressed that Lilu the manager was doing her table touches with ease and grace, she checked on us throughout our meal, then she found out that it was my birthday, and made sure as full as we were from such a scrumptious meal that we took our desert with us, I was so grateful that I had my birthday dinner at this restaurant, being from out town I couldn’t have asked for a more fabulous dining experience, flash fried calamari appetizer was cooked to perfection, our steaks were the perfect temperature, my Aperol Spritz was delish, do yourself a favor when you’re visiting Waco Texas. Enjoy a fabulous dinner here with great service, and incredible food.

The food is great. Its fairly expensive, but at least the quality of food is way above average. It takes a fair amount for a steak to be a 5 star meal for me. This steak was great. Med rare with a charred exterior, well seasoned. It was perfect. Sushi roll appetizers were wonderful. Salad and bread good. Great meal.

So your coming to Waco, hoping to see Chip and Joana Gaines. You go to the silos and realize they aren’t there. After all the searching you find yourself famished and dying of thirst. Look no further, meet DiamondBacks. What a time to be alive. Happy hour? Yes please!! Don’t be shy and order every happy appetizer. But not just one order two of each. You will not be disappointed. The staff is A plus. You might think you’re at Ruth Chris or even a Del Friscos but no your in Waco,Texas at DiamondBacks. No need to thank me. Just make it your business to visit!!

Little pricey, but not overpriced. There were some nice touches on the meal. The ceaser salad with actual anchovies was original, and the rosemary cheese bread was a treat. Smoked bacon with the large blue cheese chunks was an excellent topping for my steak.

We went for my sister’s birthday dinner. Never got my iced tea, never got the salad that came with the meal, took over an hour to get our food, took several asks to get our bread rolls. Our food finally comes out after over an hour and it was cold. All food items we tried are super mega salty. Would have been a 2 star review but because the manager came and made it right, they get 3 stars. Ambiance and vibe was good.

Morgan was absolutely phenomenal!!! We ordered the crab fried rice, brussel sprouts, tortilla soup and rosemary popovers to eat. We had the Ginger Cham, Grilled Pineapple Mojito as best. Everything was awesome!
