Out of town on vacation here. I have to say my overall experience was simply fantastic. The staff is friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered a calzone and was surprised by how massive it was as well as their unique crust that’s crisp and flaky on the outside and fluffy with a hint of sweetness on the inside. My group ordered a variety of pizzas that all looked very delicious with and quite an appetizing fragrance when they start cooking each order.

We love Diamond Pizza, and order from them several times a month. They remember us every time we go in, and even know what we order by heart. I’m so glad we have such a great pizza place in Lookout Valley!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the nastiest food I have ever eaten. I ordered 2 gyros with sauce on the side. As if it was not bad enough that they could not follow the simple request of putting the sauce on the side, the gyro was swimming in sauce. The meat was chopped into little bits like cat food and there were grilled onions and black and green olives. After 2 bites I can safely say the rest will be going in the trash. Complete waste of $23.00. I really wish there was an option to show a photo of just how bad this was.

Moldy sweet tea, dirty water, food tasted bland, horrifyingly bad customer service including waitress insisting we just pay and leave and no staff member welcoming any politely given feedback whatsoever. Menu had numerous spelling errors and poor image due to capitalization errors. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life.

We are from out of town and really enjoyed this place. We prefer to eat at mom and pop places. This place was a good pizza place. We had a steak and cheese pizza and the crust was fantastic.

Excellent. .. I did not look at any reviews before eating and would say this is one of the best pizzas I have had in the Chattanooga area! Crust is just right and super friendly staff.

Great food and always great customer service! They are always so friendly and curdious! We highly recommend this place! As for someone else’s comment about spelling on menu, would that not be bad on the ppl who printed the menu? Doesn’t printers do an edit and spell check?
