So I really liked everything about the place, but the service. The decor was great (notable mention their instagram chair), the food and drinks were good (averages to a little more than $30/person), but the service was disappointing! I had to ask 4 times before I got a glass of water! I understand how understaffed places have problems dealing with rush hours, but serving a glass of water is the bare minimum if you’re running a food joint. I would have appreciated if they kept a jar of water somewhere with disposable cups to solve the problem at hand. Coming to the food, we took the margarita flights (looks great and is 100% instagrammable), the yaroa pollo (which is fries smothered with cheese and meat, and TASTED AMAZING), grilled salmon with mashed yucca and grilled shrimp (this is pretty great), and chimi mixta (burger with pork belly ground beef). Overall, no complaints with the food!

Shalessa, thank you for making my birthday one of the best times. She allow ed us to eat when the kitchen was near closing. She was extremely friendly, and welcoming! I came here with my friend on a Sunday afternoon, the place is a bit smaller than expected we were able to get a seat at the bar. The servers were extremely nice and down to earth especially Shalessa who was our server and seemed to really care about our experience.

Waitress was nice. Was there 2 hrs ordered 3 chimis, steak, mofongo, tacos and drinks. Took about 45 mins for 3 cocktails never got our margarita flight. Got our chimis an hr and a half after sitting they were delicious. Mofongo, tacos and steak never came. Despite watching tables sat way after us get their food including mofongo and tacos. Im talking sat and hr and a half after us. We actually were given tacos then had them taken away for a table that was sat after us. Definitely seems like perhaps some preferential treatment to certain patrons.

Went to celebrate my husbands Birthday! Our first visit. Love it! Ordered the Dianond Drink, cokes, Mojito flight, yaroa, sancocho, mofongo, tacos- one of each, churrasco (2 plates). Food did nit dissapoint. I am Puertorrican and love how Dominicans cook!! Qué Rico! I will return. Thank you for a great night!
