Was awesome when they opened BUT now it’s prob the worst place in Bainbridge to eat. 3 times in a row either no brown rice or it’s burnt to a crisp. Guy serving has a long unkept beard no beard net.(nice guy but)

First 2 visits were great and I was so happy to have found my new favorite taco place. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there and I changed my five-star review to 3 stars and now it’s 1 star. We won’t be back.

Steak was flavorless and over cooked. and the rice was an overcooked mush. Food quality and customer service have taken a drastic drop, while prices keep going up. Sadly won’t be going back to a place that used to be one of my favorites.

Tried this for the first time. Great tasting food. Give portions, you will not go away hungry. Servers were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to try if you’re in Bainbridge. Parking can be a bit of a pain, since it’s on the downtown square… with it, tho.

Just had to witness the so called manger of this store curse out one of their employees in front of 7-9 customers and not to mention that the food preparation table was disgusting and the cashier starting cursing at the other employees. This place needs serious management overhaul and I’d be careful because the handling of the food was very sloppy… Very sad, was a good place when it first came to Bainbridge.

This place is pretty good. They have a small menu, but its so customizable that you can’t really tell. Located right on the square in Bainbridge, it’s centrally located for a good day of downtown shopping and lunch. The interior receives a lot of natural light from the big picture windows at the from to the store. However, I suspect When it gets dark the track lighting will take care of the lighting needs. The seating options were booth, booth and chair combo, and straight table option. They also have a little lunch counter bar option for those that are eating alone. When you enter, you go to the counter and decide whether you want tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas or bowls. Then you choose your base- beans (2 varieties) and rice (2 varieties) the add your meat option (steak, chicken, beef and one other option I can’t remember) then choose from 15 or so fresh veggie additions. Then you get to sauce options for which they have 6 or 7 options. They also have queso. Then you get to pick out your drink. For three of us it came to about 30$ (including tip) and everyone was full and got exactly what they wanted. They also had cookies available for desert. You pay at the end and they give you your drink cups and food and let you choose the table you want. This is a good place to take people who have a wide variety of diets (keto and, vegetarian for certain, and possibly paleo).

So, the service and staff were great! Price was descent. However, if you’re looking for Moes or Chipotle…please continue looking bc this ain’t it. It’s not even close. No flavor on the steak…chicken dry…and the salsa on the salsa bar is disgusting. They tell you it’s better than the other 2 competitors, please don’t believe them. Epic fail. I turned around and came back to eat this sub par Tex mex. Do better!

Taste of the food was good. Compared to Thomasville, extremely smaller portions of food. Will wait until I am in Thomasville for Diablo’s.
