I’ve been checking out quite a few Italian restaurants recently and this is probably one of my favorite traditional spots. They serve chianti and a few other wines by the carafe. They also offer early bird specials til 6pm which include soup or salad and garlic bread. I had the cheese ravioli with meat sauce with the minestrone soup. The soup is very flavorful. The meat sauce and the garlic bread were excellent as well. The service was attentive and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in east county.

This was our first time here. We are visiting from Texas and wanted something good. My son’s girlfriend recommended it. This place did not disappoint and has something for everyone. Our waitress Bri was fantastic and very attentive. Thank you! I got a few pics. The appetizers and salada aren’t pictured, but they were delicious as well.

I ordered pizza. It was good but had better at other places. The service was excellent and a very nice atmosphere. It was quiet and pleasant when I went for lunch.

I don’t know if it’s just me or if I got bad food but the food was very bad. These cheese on the pizza slid off! Salad was extremely salty, and the garlic bread tasted very weird. The staff was quite nice though.

Comically overpriced — no prices on the online menu!!! How shady — for the quality and portion size, soup was aggressively salty, veal ($37) chewy, and red sauce just meh. For downtown prices, I expected way better.

Manicotti was unbelievable! So much cheese and the sauce so flavorful!

By far the very best pizza I’ve ever had. And one large pie will easily feed 4 hungry adults. My friend also likes the other Italian dishes. The service is exceptional as well; we were served by Lena.

The garlic bread was terrible. It looked like a regular piece of sandwich bread, flat and one side it was not toasted or have garlic or butter. They could have been more meat sauce to pasta ratio.

Great Italian family restaurant. Great food and excellent service and value. Quiet and warm and comfortable. Same great restaurant after Covid. Highly recommended.
