Food: so good I didn’t take any photos of the actual food . The Channa, and okra and paneer so fresh! Everything is house made, never frozen, or premade. And you can taste the difference and love in the food made and served here.

I stopped here for dinner on a whim and I’m so glad I did! I grabbed the samosa burger, an absolute steal at $5, and it was fantastic. You’ll leave feeling happy and full. Once I was done, I got up to clean my tray and the person working came over with a free cup of rice pudding. It was such a nice, pleasant surprise, really lovely and tasty! I now know my go-to spot for a quick bite that’s affordable and tasty. Can’t beat it.

The best Indian food I have ever had in the US so far. It’s been 25 years that I have been living in the US (I have lived in 13 different states by now) but never had such tasty and homely food. I have very high standards for North Indian food by the way since I come from Delhi (I am cook extensively at my own home). I would highly encourage (& request) everyone to come here and blindly order anything. I have visited this place three times in two weeks and every time I just feel more confident ordering anything off their menu without a doubt. The menu is not only extensive but also very healthy & affordable. I absolutely love-love-love this place!

I wanted to give this place a 5 Star but they Have to please do something about the Hundreds of Men hanging outside of their storefronts, there’s no reason why they should be hanging around or even laying on the street floor/ Blocking the entrance to this desi deli!

What am amazing little restaurant and snack shop, the owner is extremely hospitable! The food tastes very fresh, tasty and homemade. Their rates are really good as well. It’s got a vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into India as soon as you enter ! My personal favourite was the veggie burger !

I’m reluctant In posting this as it may get swarmed with NYU kids and other local appropriators, as this is a place geared towards their community, and bringing the authenticity of their food to these often late-nite service and taxi industry clientele. They’re open 24 hrs, prompt service, vegetarian SE Asiancuisine…with a big smile…at 4:30am…in NYC.l!!!! I bartend across the street and this is the 2nd time I’ve snuck in after work. Glad I did. The food is ridiculous…and made fresh even at this hour. The FOH guy is kind and proud to offer samples, the customers…SE Asian guys apparently getting an authentic taste of home and relaxing for a few before they resume their work schedules. The place is clean, service is friendly and prompt, and the food is absolutely delicious. Sharing a Simosa with my taxi driver on the way home from work as I type this. Definitely worth a visit and a return visit. Grateful they’re open in my hood..

I had Paneer Curry thali and mango lassi. I didn’t like the Paneer curry, no taste. Curry was pretty good, almost like home. Kheer was the best. The lady was very sweet and the service was great.

Pretty good fast Indian food. Wouldn’t recommend the veggie burger, but pav bhaji was a decent version by US standards.

This place is a gem. Best place to have homestyle Indian food. The platter is a must try. Perfectly spiced, no extra oil/butter, tastes like home food.
