Great restaurant to come eat at when you’re flying Spirit. Your flight is probably delayed an hour or more so you have more than enough time to sit around and watch their employees work at a snail’s pace. Truly giving each pizza the love and attention it deserves. When you finish ringing up the order and are charged 19 dollars for a personal pizza the size of your kid’s school lunch, you’ll realize you made a great decision.

Walked around the terminal before deciding to order a fresh made pizza here. Best decision. Pizza was hot and fresh. It’s counter service so you order and pay, then find a place in the terminal to sit down and eat. The person in front of me had an Italian passport which I consider a bonus. Airport food is usually expensive and terrible. This was one of the better meals I’ve had in an airport terminal.

Since they make personal size pizzas,asked for one without cheese and and got a rude response from the person saying they cannot do that! So, ended up ordering a cheese for the kids and that took sometime to receive. Service should be fast where we the passengers have a short time to buy and eat

The lady at the cash register was one of the most hateful cashiers ever see in my life! She just confront me because I said why you charging 3 extra dollars as tip, when I never agree to do that specially in a place where you are treated like in Jail, I guess. Because if people are in a hurry beacuse they are departing any moment, she jst said “you need to wait for my manager and ignored me”… finally I got my peperoni pizza and a drink for 23 dollars and a bad experience. This is not this pour soul fault, is thr managment (see long list of similar complaints) and the Airport for not caring about how DeSano Pizza Bakery treat passengers. Shame on the airport! By the way the pizza was also disgusting!

First experience my order was mispunched and patiently waited for another pizza to be cooked. The crew could be a bit more pleasant and informal. The menu listed can be overwhelming and being met with nonchalance after inquiring wasn’t a pleasant feeling. Pizza was absolutely amazing though.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It said it was open until 9. I was there at 8:40 and asked if they were closed while cashier was counting out a register. She looked at me and said “obviously”, Two strangers walking by witnessed it and made a comment about how rude. I turned around and asked her name and she looked at me and walked in the back. I asked another gentleman working her name and he claimed he did not know it. Could not believe the level of rudeness here!

Me And my kids were flying out from Fll on June 28th 2023. My kids wanted pizza, and so I let them go and order it. Our flight began the boarding process so I kept in contact with my kids. They paid for the pizza and was just waiting , but the pizza never came. I told them to ask for their money back but the employee told them they were closed and ignored my kids. They left with no pizza and no money. I can’t help but wonder if this was done purposefully because they were young kids and taken advantage of. I was and am still angry, not because of the money but for the fact that no one had the decency to speak to my kids.
