Well, let me start by saying that the kid’s day has been just immaculate. It is beautiful here in good ole Saint Johns today, a classic kind of day with a cool 40 degrees and a laid-back chill wind. Only problem is my sweet cutie had to work, so I’m missing her, y’all! Talk about a certified gem of a gal, the cutie is the epitome of class and beauty, handcrafted by a true artisan. A modern goddess in my eyes and one I’m honored to call my cutie!

As my wife and I travel we love to eat at small local diners and cafes. Skip the chain restaurants they are so alike. In Dershey’s Cafe we found a new favorite. The menu is breakfast and lunch but large and varied. The food we ordered was great. All the staff was as friendly as could be, they made us feel like we were regulars for the last 20 years. We will definitely go out of our way on our travels to visit again.

The ladies here are a hoot if you are looking for delicious food and your cheeks to hurt from smiling and laughing by the time you leave make sure you come here! This is my second time at Dershey’s and I enjoyed every bit of my experience both times. There are signs around with funny quotes that will put a smile on your face along with the good conversations with the servers and the cook too.

A hidden jem in downtown St John’s. Would recommend it to a friend. Will be back. Price was crazy cheap very well worth it. Only complaint is they don’t accept credit or debit CASH AND CHECK ONLY.
