Visited this place on Jan 15 2023, for Lunch. Ordered Goat Paya, it came with a butter Naan. I literally have no words to explain how good it was. Perfect blend of spices and cooked to its perfection. Waitress was nice and kind to check Mutiple times if I need anything else. Its a 5/5 star experience for the taste. Ambience was okay, but it rules out over food taste.

After reading a lot of good reviews about this place, I wanted to give it a try. Ordered “dhagay walay kabab” and “haleem”.

Delicious food, enjoyed the authentic south central asian food, the restaurant is a cool place with great food options. The employees are very professional and serve the food in a decent time with smile. I enjoyed the Goat karai and goat chops. Very spicy but tasty!!!!!! Make sure to ask for the karai and tell them make it less spicy as it will be very hot and spicy if you do not tell.

Was totally shocked at this place in a good way, unassuming, not at all salubrious and unless you knew to come here, you probably wouldn’t bother, but that would be a terrible shame! After being assured by a Pakistani friend this place was legit, I decided to come and try it out and was impressed by the quality of the food. Best Tikka Masala AND kebab I’ve had in Texas, and that is saying something as I’m always on the look out for both. Add to that great prices and a cute attentive waitress and you’ve got the perfect recipe for a tastes-much-better-than-it-looks kinda place. But don’t let appearances be deceiving, if you come here for the food you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Visited Dera grill today. Last time I visited was over 18 months ago. Unfortunately it seems the place has had a change of ownership and the new owners have not been able to maintain the previous standards of this place. The quality and taste of food have suffered. It no longer tastes freshly made and is overly salty. Service is good and prompt but the food did not impress

I went back after a year , ordered Dhaga kabab. They did exactly what they did last year and that’s the reason I don’t go to that place anymore but I gave another chance. After I ordered the Punjabi owner came out and looked at me since I look Spanish and he gave me a sheesh kabab with threads wrapped around like I won’t know. Anyway horrible service and horrible place . Will never go back again, hopefully they completely get out of this business. In Sha ALLAH

The food was actually pretty good despite there not being too many people at the restaurant. They did have to be reminded to get my coke but otherwise the service was pretty good too. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

As I walked inside I could hear me telling myself “can not bring corporate clients here”. The ceiling is literally falling apart and seems it may fail any moment. Silverware was filthy and the crockery was ten different types. Walls were stained which was showing signs of aging. The hostess was very impolite and never came back to ask how we were doing.

This place is waaaaayyyyy over prized. $19 for 2 pc of beef Chapli Kabab with 1 naan, wow……The food tasted very good but it is over priced.

Dera Grill is the cleanest Pakistani restaurant in the area. The kabob and curries are all delicious but I was there for the traditional breakfast of ‘Halwa Puri’ and it was amazing.
