This was probably the worst experience at Dennys, sadly. Not horrible but much room for improvement. Restaurant looked clean. There wasn’t too much people around 10:45am on weekday. Service was good as much as possible. They looked understaffed. Food took longer to come out for 6 of us but food was good besides salad in burger and slightly burnt hashbrowns.

Everything in my order was poorly cooked. My hash browns were burned. My over easy eggs were cooked solid and one busted. The gravy on my chicken fried steak was so think it actually had to be smeared/ spread. My waitress was awesome.

Came in at 930pm and ordered the strawberry cheese cake shake and received a strawberry milk shake with whipped cream. Then ordered hush puppies and after 30 min of waiting were given these burned strawberry hush puppies. And the waiter argued that they never look like in the picture and they were fine. No ma’am there not fine, I’m not paying for them. Then received my moons over hammy and hash browns before my daughter’s kids chocolate chip pancakes. Waited an extra 15 min and still waiting on Krystal meal which they got all wrong. Absolutely terrible service and food. Update 3 months later and not a good place for late nite dining.

Classic Denny’s look, vibe and grub. We entered and were sat in a good amount of time. This restaurant was pretty busy! There were only two servers covering the entire restaurant, a manager and a hostess. Our server, Shane, was incredible! He was friendly, extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious! The hash-browns weren’t too great, but not bad. Overall, it was a good experience.

We just left Denny’s after being ignored for 10 min. When we entered the restaurant I had to go to the restroom, my husband stood at the front hostess podium for the whole 5 min I was I the restroom and no one greeted him. I came out and still no one said a word, not a “I’ll be with you shortly”, no acknowledgment whatsoever. There was a server taking an order right next to us and she didn’t even look up, it was obvious she was ignoring us. Then there was another server or manager just staring at the monitors in front of the kitchen. She looked right at us, and just blatantly ignored us. So we decided to seat ourselves because we didn’t know what to do, we thought maybe that’s what you were supposed to do, cause we saw no “please wait” sign. We sat there for about 10 min or more with no greeting, no acknowledgement just completely ignored.

I understand why the food took so long considering how busy it was, but even after all of that time, almost an hour, all of our orders were slightly wrong. My partner ordered something with an extra Patty and American cheese but instead he got Swiss and over cooked burger patties. Then my friend who CAN’T have cheese, ordered a burger that came with eggs and hash browns, and they put cheese on it anyways, and as for me I ordered a club that came with bacon, and got no bacon. After all that I think we were pretty understanding about the situation, but to get the check and see that it was almost $50 kind of ruined my whole appetite. It probably wouldn’t have bugged me as much if the orders were right.

Ordered 4 steaks to go and wanted a couple rare, they were not rare. Ordered potatoes with gravy for the side, they were all gravy, no potatoes. Very poor. I feel if I paid this much, it should be better.

Friendly staff and fast service, our food came very fast. Crepes is delicious. Pancakes are fluppy and tasty. We had a crispy bacon. Coffee keeps coming too. The store is beautifully decorated, neat and clean. Theres a fun zone inside too.

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at Denny’s. Fist of all, the service was insanely slow. It was 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Our food sat at the service window for about 15 minutes before it was brought to us. My friends food was stone cold. My other friends food was served with moldy bread. We were told it would be comped and be served another one. We waited 30 minutes for her club sandwich to be remade and even after waiting 30 minutes I had to go to the counter and asked to have it boxed up and to have our check brought to us.
