Came in a group, Ordered Philly cheesesteak omelets. Food came with no meat in the omelets. Server came and inform me 20 min later that they were out of steak for the omelets. Chef didn’t tell him they were out but yet still made the order. If chef would have said something, I would have ordered something different. Not server fault, I blame chef. Spent 80 bucks including tip. Worst experience I had here.

I came with my family to Dennys in Livermore and I was greeted by Elizabeth and got seated quickly. Our orders came quick and the food was. Cooked to perfection. Even it was busy, we did not wait long. I really commend Elizabeth for her friendliness and being attentive. The restaurant was clean and a great place to come with the family. Will visit again very soon.

I have been here twice, I love Dennys and was excited when they came in by the outlets. The first time we sat for an hour with one server, and then a cook started helping people, then a host started trying to help. I had to pay by teaving money on the counter because the server never came back. So I tried it again the other day 1130 on a Tuesday morning, walked in saw maybe people at 3 tables and Noone came to the front at all. The cook looked at us behind the counter but never did anyone come to seat us. I figured we would probably have been there for hours for a quick meal. We left and I will never come back, my prediction is this place will probably close because they don’t have any people to serve, clean tables, or cook. Oh well.

The Pleasanton spot is closing at night constantly. You walk up and the doors are locked. They then tell you that you can do a togo order but that will take a long time. It has happened several times. When they are opened it’s not managed right. One the manager doesn’t come in and help the staff so they do not have to close. 2nd I have ordered biscuits and gravy 3 times and it is never gravy. Maybe Alfredo sauce or something like that but not gravy for biscuits. It’s inedible and the manager should spot it and fix it. One night we were there and the chef had his family in for dinner. They were drunk and then the chef goes back to work cooking my food. It was a mess and the server left before he gave me a check since the chef could not help me he said it is free. Not once have I seen the manager and I have been there at all times and probably eaten there more than 20 times. It’s the only place open late and I know the staff who all want to succeed and learn but with the lack of management, they end up leaving. My wife and I both have a lot of experience in hospitality and we are both left with our heads in our hands at this potential gem that is going downhill fast. Get a new manager or management team and start over.
