I saw a deal for a “Super Slam” on TV. I was seated and given a menu. The “Super Slam” was listed nowhere on the menu. I asked about it and then I was brought a separate “Specials” menu. Just an oversight, right? Nope! I watched them seat about 5 tables as I ate. Not a single person was given the “Specials” menu. Seems pretty shady to only hand out the FULL PRICE menu when they have the “Specials” menu sitting in the menu holder along with the regular FULL PRICE menus. I will not be coming back to this Denny’s.

Yeah, we ended up at Denny’s. From the baby diaper behind the booth, dirty utensils, to the obnoxious overly bright electric sign, we have learned our lesson. Our waitress was super nice though.

Bad today, couldnt seat where we wanted, only one server and a helper, took 20 minutes to take our order, I wanted welldone hash browns and got them almost raw. I had to ask for napkins like 3 times, i had to ask for coffee refill myself. Please have enough waiters or waitresses at all times

I am very disappointed by this dennys, its a shame the quality of customer service these days. I come an order 2 chicken breast and paid 15 for it, which is the price of their entire meal and only got the chicken nothing else. The guy was unable to provide any solutions to this issue he said it wasnt his store policy to refund any thing…this is my 2nd visit to this location and the 2nd time ive had this experience..with this same guy..i would of been better going to mcdonalds.

Sadly, this time our visit here was not pleasant. Food was not cooked as ordered. Coffee had lots of grounds in it and the iced tea was sour.

I used their new “answering service” to order. I’ll not be doing that again. Order was placed incorrectly even after repeating exactly what I wanted. (Literally a sandwich with a side salad) When I got there they told me I had to pay extra, so I explained the salad was in place of the fries. Instead of calling it a day, the person who charged me tells the other waitress/worker to “tell them get rid of the fries”. So basically wasted half of my lunch while my food was re-opened, to throw fries in the trash and then picked the cheese off the salad (also something I didnt ask to have done) I left with a cold toasted sandwich and a half made salad. And the attitude that came with it as if was my fault.

We love going to this dennys, but unfortunately this morning our waitress Beatriz turned our happy outing into a miserable one. We were rushed into ordering food, and treated with poorly manner. She had a annoyed attitude from the start. When it was time to pay the bill we noticed we were charged extra for things she never explained were extra and made it sound like it was just part of the plates we ordered.
