Great food and equally great service. Very accommodating and let us move to bigger table since there were five of us. We all got bourbon burgers which were well-cooked and juicy. The chicken skillet was also very tender and saucy. Pricing was pretty cheap too. Overall very nice atmosphere and enjoyable setting.

Our server was very kind and attentive to our dining experience. We were very happy with the all-you-can-eat-pancakes, and our server, Trey, was so nice to satisfy our cravings that would change what’s stated on the menu. Usually the food is good. Not today. I ordered the “brisket” sandwich. Was not brisket. It was big chunks of tough steak, not the smoker brisket like it shows on the menu and in the picture, fried and greasy. I was hungry and ate it. I later got sick and spent some time in the bathroom several times that afternoon. My wife ordered crepes. Not so good either. It was so bad we won’t be back. We really used to like Denny’s.

From the moment I sat down, Heather was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Throughout the meal, Heather checked in on me regularly to make sure everything was to my liking, and she was always quick to refill my drink or bring me extra condiments as needed. Her service was truly outstanding, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. I highly recommend asking for Heather as your server if you visit this Denny’s location. Thank you, Heather, for making my dining experience so enjoyable!

The Durango Denny’s is, in my opinion, an exceptional example of how different – in a good way – one location in a chain can be from others. Our server yesterday, Trey, was super busy and impressive in his hustle to serve everyone in his station and, as necessary, the front area where people come in and where they pay. Yet he was fully focused on taking our order accurately, delivered it hot off the grill and checked on us to make sure all was to our liking. We watched him engage with others in the same professional but friendly way. Great service, great server. The young woman at the front counter was also great with customers and, as always, we find this restaurant clean and pleasant to eat in. Denny’s great prices help too, of course. A reliably good experience!
