The good is that we were seated immediately. Coffee was good and hot but you had to ask for flavored creamer, otherwise they only bring you half and half. We were staying at the hotel next door and got tired of their food so decided to try this place. The waiter never came back after taking our order so we had to resort to flagging another waitress down to ask for refills on our coffee.

Arrived in Pigion Forge late, after 10:00 PM. Nothing was open?? On a Friday night, too! Taco Bell drive through was open, but kinda hard to do when your on a motorcycle!! We found Denny’s open and stopped for a bite. There was a waiting line, not long, but still a wait. Well worth the wait! You’d think more places would be open late!! Food was great, service was excellent and very friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend!!

3 in the afternoon on 8/20/23. Place was nearly empty. Only one server working. She was very nice. Apparently only one cook. Seemed to take a bit longer than expected. The food was still good and hot on arrival. Prices were higher than expected for a Denny’s. $3.50 for ice tea?

Me and a family of 8 and 2 children came. Half of the party came inside and the last couple of people were walking in, Immediately when we entered the building we were met with someone who could barely speak English and kept repeating that we would have to wait to order but could be seated which didn’t make sense, regardless we were seated finally and we waited 20 mins and nobody even came by to get us drinks, so we had to flag them down for drinks, and then again to order! Very slow service. When our food arrived it came in four different trips over the span of 10 mins. Mine came out by itself before after 5 mins he brought a couple more and then after another 5 the rest of the plates. We’re just traveling and wanted to stop someplace for breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Too poor of service.

This is probably the best Denny’s location I’ve been to, EVER. We were immediately seated, unlike the other restaurants in the area with hour or longer wait times. Our waitress was super kind and always checking on us to see how everything was. I ordered the All-American slam, and for the price their was plenty of food. It was good for what it was, but not amazing. Also conveniently right on the parkway. In the entrance they also had a ton of booklets on things to do in the area, and also had 4 arcade machines.

I went last night to order takeout. All I wanted to order was 2 seasoned fries to go the host told me they were not taking Togo orders or carry out orders due to how busy they were. Remind you all I’m getting is 2 orders of fries they were not very busy at all. I asked the host if he could ask the manager on duty which he was very polite and Trina the manager had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen and was rude as hell!!!! I am a GM so I understand the magnitude of being understaffed or overwhelmed at that point you go on a wait nit treat your paying customers that keep your doorsopen and paychecks coming to literally go away and say hell no we aren’t taking orders!!!! I actually love dennys I will never go back here again thanks to her sorry attitude and bye the way I counted at least 4 servers the gentleman upfront plus the manager and another girl standing beside her. No more than 8 to 9 tables in the restaurant and a 8 top was leaving when I was trying to order. This was one of the worst experiences with a manager not caring I have encountered!!!! Will avoid this dennys forever. And one of the car’s in the parking lot is mine…smh…

Your employee had a small child behind the counters. As I walked in with my service dog, a gentleman got up off a bench by the door, took the child from your employee, then proceeded to reach out in an attempt to touch my service dog without even asking first, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. The flaming 5 pepper burger came with carrots on it, like they opened a bag of premade salad and just put salad on it. The fries were beyond soggy. The milkshake was just really cold chocolate milk. Plus, the employees did nothing but stand around, laughing, and ignoring the diners Your employees treat your business like their own personal daycare, and the significant others going around doing whatever they want. It’s a completely disgraceful way for your business to be run. It was so horrible the manager even had to admit it was a disaster, had to go and cancel the whole check, and we walked out.

Went two nights in a row since almost nothing else was open late. We had to wait a good while due to insufficient staffing but everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Big ups to our server Dylan, that guy is awesome. He was running around from table to table and still gave us a great customer service experience.

One of the not so good experience that I had at this chain. Food was not correct as ordered. The side if you can call it that looks like it was from the bottom of the pan.
