We had the friendliness waitress ever. She loved her job and it showed. Our food was outstanding, fresh coffee and excellent service. Good job ! We will definitely be back. I had the multigrain pancakes and have recommended them to 4 other people.

Rude staff had me waiting for 30 minutes for soup. Ignored or avoided the entire time I was there, only to be told they forgot once they gave me my order. Had a lot of problems with food not coming our right or even raw chicken once, the manager always took care of it. This was the last straw, I’m done with this location… never left a review before, probably won’t again.

I had an afternoon breakfast meal at Denny’s in Keyser, WV today and had the worst meal ever provided to me from a Denny’s. The eggs were under cooked, the bacon and sausage were burnt, and the pancakes had been cooked on a surface that appears hadn’t been scraped or cleaned recently. The service was extremely slow.

We had a party of 4 and all got country fried steak. All was very good. They forgot one of mine but that’s because everyone else got a single order and I’m sure it was just confusion but still it tasted great! Service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend eating here!

My wife and I decided to give it a try again after we had a few not so great experiences there in the past. All I can say is that we were definitely not disappointed today. Our server, Lindsay, was amazing. She met us with a smile, took us to our booth, took our drink order, and was very polite and respectful. Our meal came out rather quickly, was hot, and tasted very good. We were not rushed, our cups never went empty, and Lindsay always had a smile when she asked if everything was fine. We will definitely be back!!

For service a 5 star …. for the food a 2 star…. theres no way in hell thats going to feed a grown man on his birthday and was disappointed in the amount if sides with the steak meal. This was BEFORE he ate. On the other hand the amount of my broccoli almost tripled his….. itll be a long time before i return.
