The official name is Deluna’s Chat and Chew. It’s by the waterfront/pier across Jaco’s. I had a waffle cone of heavenly hazelnut which was $4.25 plus tax. It’s dark chocolate base and it was decent. The hours posted was 11am to 5pm daily.

I stopped by for a scoop of ice cream while watching the activity at the end of Palafox. The person serving me was polite and patient. He gave me a very generous scoop of the flavors I picked and a taste of a flavor I didn’t have before. It made my evening. THANKS!

We ordered loaded fries and a root beer float. Loaded fries were excellent. The ice cream in the float was a bit freezer burnt, but the taste was not off. I would absolutely eat here again. It’s a nice outdoor snack place AND it’s near the water. 🙂

The food was mediocre at best and way over priced. The ice cream was very freezer burnt and it took forever to get our food. (We were the only ones there). It has the potential to be a great place, but it isn’t even close yet.

Poor customer service… showed up with a friend and tried to order ice cream. The cashier take one order then walked away. Came back with the order and still never took my order. So I got to watch my friend eat ice cream which is akward for both. By the time she came back to me… he was almost done and I did not want to go thru ice cream eating social in reverse so i waved her off. Need more than one person working counter during busy hours. Would/will not recommend unless no other option.

The man who served me must obviously be a little slow or he was trying to hustle me, I was trying to order ice cream on a cone the piece of paper he gave me with the flavors and prices said 6$ for 2 scoops on a waffle cone, well he was trying to tell me they were 8$. Isn’t that false advertisement? So you are telling me your ice cream is made from the blood sweat and tears of the gods right? So you are telling me you ice cream is better than Baskin-Robbins LMFAO this place is a rip off and should be shut down due to their false advertisement and their terrible people skills.
