Ordered a vodka pizza. Regular cheese pizza came instead (no vodka sauce). I have had their vodka pizza many times in the past. Manager proceeded to argue with me on the phone when I called to request the correct pizza be delivered. They refused to acknowledge or correct their mistake. Unacceptable for how expensive their pizza is. SAD! Order from somewhere more resonably-priced that will get your order correct.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Delmar for almost 30 years, never in my life have I ever received my food this way. As you see in the picture this is how I received my order. Opened,beaten and crushed to the point you can’t even see the second tray. What’s worse is the fact that the rude girl that takes the orders over the phone wouldn’t even offer to send out a fresh order because it was ordered through seamless. I’m sorry but that’s not the answer for someone who waited over an hour for disappointment. There was no owner or manager to be found. This is NOT how you treat your customers and I advise EVERYONE to never give this place a cent again.

For me, the best brooklyn pizza there is. People have become excited with brick oven or other types of “artesanal”pizza. But if you’re looking for amazing, old school brooklyn pizza, this place rocks. The crust is thin and crispy and the proportions of cheese and sauce is perfect. I’ve been out of brooklyn for a while and whenever I’m back, I make it a point to visit Delmar. On this trip, I went back 3 times.

Been coming here for many years. Pizza has been consistently good. Came today, there were few people ahead of me..I waited like normal and as expected. When it was my turn to order I asked one of the guys at the counter if anything fresh was coming out. He said regular pie in 7 mins, i said ok. Then he turns around to another customer and starts taking their order, mumbling something along the line of “I can’t keep waiting”, there was about 3-4 second delay between when he said regular is coming out in 7 mins and me saying ok. Then he asks someone else to take my order. Very rude, if he was my employee he wouldn’t have a job anymore. I really hope that employer reads this comment. That was very unprofessional.

We have been ordering from Delmar for years, however my brother and his friend (both 11) went in with an electric scooter planning to order a few slices. rude workers immediately told them to leave because of the scooter, and refused to sell them slices when they offered to order out.
