We love Della Sala’s!! I’ve been enjoying their pizza for over 35 years! They’re sauce is great and hasn’t changed since I can remember as a kid. Great family owned pizza shop. Always lots of toppings. They have the best sausage in the area hands down! I also love that they offer uncooked pizzas too. Perfect for parties, etc. buy em beforehand and throw them in the oven the morning of the party. They are awesome!

Been a decade or more since I have had a slice. Decided to stop by while in town visiting family. As usual Della Sala’s does not disappoint. I had 2 cheese 2 pepperoni 2 sausage. Still tastes awesome! I love crunchy crust too. Great pizza. Great people !! Thanks

Finally tried it after living almost next door to this shop of over a year. Their parking lot is never empty when they are open, which I guess should have told me something. I really was not sure what I was going to get based on the descriptions of the pizza by other people I knew and the odd way you order it. I ordered 6 cuts, fully cooked, each with 2 toppings. It cost me just under $10 (yes it is cash only) and was ready in 15 minutes. It was fresh and hot when I got home. Just a 5 minute walk for me. Really enjoyed it. The sausage which is much praised is really good. Spicy but not over the top. I also had banana peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni. Each slice had a nice amount of toppings not too much and not too little. The cheese is not the star of the show here and there is less of it than you usually see on a pizza but it works. Biting into this did not have everything sliding off the top and landing on your plate or in your lap. The crust is lovely. Soft and chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. I was fortunate enough to get a couple of corner slices so I had some little “pizza bones” with which to pay the dog tax. Otherwise these slices don’t leave you with uneaten rolls of crust.

So so so good. Salty, cheesy, crispy deliciousness. You can get a full baked pie or one that’s half baked to finish at home. Slices are a dollar a piece plus more for toppings. Can’t go wrong with extra cheese. Cash only. Friendly staff with lots of personality. Lol thanks for the laugh with my name. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

My dad has been here before, and has always told me how good this pizza was. Well, I finally got a chance to try it! My dad and I were on a road trip and passed though the area, so naturally we jumped on the opportunity to eat here. The building is very unassuming, but as soon as you step in, you know it’s the real deal!

Love this place! Remember as a young kid riding my bike much farther than I was allowed just to get a couple slices. Hot sausage and banana peppers is so addictive. But its all good! At least 36 years for me and it’s always as I remember.

My husband is from Penn Hills. We live in Medina, Ohio. Every time we go back that’s one place we know we’re going for sure. They have the best pizza. We love the half baked and stock the freezer. Wish we lived closer. Feel a road trip coming on.
