This has been my go to spot for Colombian food, however it seems like they have been going downhill year after year. Empanadas are always hard and overcooked. They are also extremely stingy with the sauce that comes with the empanadas (even when mentioning that I will pay for extra). The last straw was this previous order which had hard rock empanadas, and served us tostones instead of fried sweet plantains.

Your order was poorly packed, the food was seeping through the Styrofoam packing. The porkbelly was over cooked and dry, your beans tasted as if it were left over beans. You sold us old and dry empanadas! Over all very disappointed in your food. I had to throw everything out. Money wasted!

Poor management and violations of covid guidelines. First and foremost, I am writing this review in hope that management improves. I had order food over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the staff were not wearing their masks in the kitchen, in the front and even the manager/owner had her mask hanging by her ear. The same manager asked for my name for my pick up order but I realized that when I made the order over the phone I was never asked for my name so I told her that my name was not asked but that I had ordered the lunch special. She quickly turned to look at one of her employees and in a VERY rude manner, in front of many customers, told her that she needed to start asking for names and phone numbers. By the time the manager was going to ring me up, the employee was helping another customer and AGAIN was being rude to her by asking her why she wasn’t doing things the right way. My assumption is that she is fairly new, but that’s not the proper way to communicate with your staff, at all.
