Deli Italiano is a little gem! The staff are always friendly and the food is yummy. The Arlington location is organized and very clean. The manager Jane is amazing- she accommodated a group of us having dinner in the dining area recently. She is so kind and friendly- went above and beyond to make the experience fun for the kids! We specifically drove out to Arlington as we love the area from Woodbridge. The woman at the cashier was great & friendly! Also, the manager was sweet. I didn’t get their names but this place was worth the drive for us!

Tonight we ordered two sandwiches, fries, and desert. The sandwiches were thoroughly mediocre. In their defense the sandwiches were modified to meet my grandparents vegetarian diet. I understand with this kind of restaurant going off book doesn’t always yield the best results. The fries were excellent.

Our order was late, so we called, and they just kept saying its on Its way. Spent over 2 almost 3 hours waiting for our food. The store was 10 mins away. The sandwiches looked like they were filled halfway, and they said screw it they dont like meat. I ordered onion rings on the side, and they only gave me 4 onion rings. Why make it a side when you’re only serving 4? Just include it in the meal! This place used to be so good. What happened? For the amount of money we spent, it was a huge disappointment.
