I use to remember going to deli delish up and down Fresno, always getting a loaded sandwiches. Good quality meats and cheeses. Now, I go and get bread. You get a few slices of thin meat, that on a warm sandwich, is cold by the time you eat it. I sadly will not be going back. The value of the sandwich just isn’t there. This is not a 13 dollar sandwich. Sadly this isn’t a first for this location, figured I would give them a three strike policy with different sandwiches, but it’s always the same now.

Horrible customer service, extremely small portions and when charged for extra cheese, they NEVER put extra cheese. Whoever owns this deli delicous franchise is a horrible business person and DOES NOT care about their customers. The girl with the colored hair sucks at her job and is extremely rude. DO NOT waste your money.

Giving this location a 2 star for what is most likely bad management. Dining area was closed at 7:05pm (55min early.. really?), they only had 1 bread option available, and no fries. The first reason I’m certain is due to staffing and unwillingness to schedule enough closers. The 2nd and 3rd reasons could be due to a missed delivery or unexpected demand, either way it just ruins the experience and makes me not want to visit this location even though I live right behind the location. I would have given 5 stars since the sandwich was pretty good and the staff were nice…but because of the reasons above, it’s just not worth leaving a good review.

I ordered three medium sandwhiches all of which were 80% bread 20% filling.. Deli Delicious seems to be getting stingy with their portions. For a $13 dollar sandwhich im not impressed.

I wish I could give this place a 0/5. Please update your closing time because it’s not 8:00 pm. I walked in at 7:44pm and was greeted with “We’re closed.” by 2 employees on their phones sitting down in the dining area…

Dry bread and lack of meat. The sandwiches aren’t cheap so it’s not worth it, at least at this location…. plus the girls are too busy being loud/ personal/ and inappropriate while “working” . Childish employees
