I use the drive thru just a few minutes ago, I didn’t notice that I passed the order booth . At the pay window the guy who is taking the order told me that he can’t take my order and I need to go around and line up again . It’s ridiculous !!!! Other food chain drive thru still takes your order and ANY additional order. BAD SERVICE!!!!

What can I say? I used to really like Del Taco. In fact, I thought it funny but once I read someone’s review of Del Taco, and she said her dog wouldn’t even eat it, I thought, c’mon lady, it can’t really be THAT bad, can it? Well guess what? It is. MY dog now refuses to eat it as well, haha! And yknow what? I’m going to join him, because my last 5 or 6 experiences at any Del Taco I’ve visited have all been the same. Bland, tasteless, and mushy. I’m sorry I can’t think of something nicer to say for this place. But if I did say it, I’d be lying

Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes with no one asking to please hold on or I will be with you in a second. Went up to the window and said we didn’t get to order anything qe were waiting for 10 minutes and no one was there to take our order! Lady at the window said that you have to drive around again and have them take your order because it will mess up there ordering process. There was no one in line nor one one inside pure laziness!!

Stopped off for a quick bite on our way down south. I was disappointed because my order was super basic and they screwed it up. All I ordered was two bean and cheese burritos – With onions, extra cheese and green sauce. I don’t normally stop at fast food places, but now I know to not stop at this place again. There were also some guys day drinking in the outside seating area so my family and I ate in the car.
