Got a chicken and cheese quesadilla and there were only a couple bites of meat on it. So I paid $5 for a cheese quesadilla. Took forever in the drive-thru line and food was almost cold once I got it! Definitely not going back to this location

Just dropped by for an order. The food was fine. it just seemed very off, putting that the cashier took my card and asked me to reverse and pull forward again to make their serving times look faster, having me go on the sensor before charging me fast? Like, what the heck trying to cheat the system? I did not appreciate that not coming back again.

I was pretty surprised at almost 4am in the morning that my food was freshly made! There was a wait with 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. It did make me question whether to eat here or not because as I waited in the drive thru I saw several roaches or huge water bugs on the wall to my right in the bushes. But I figured they are common outdoors and I didn’t see them indoor lol the cashier at the window was pleasant.

On numerous occasions has this restaurant not been able to service me for several different reasons. It is very disappointing. I have gone between the hours of 11pm and 5 am. The excuses ranged from no eggs, no fried foods, the restaurant being closed for an hour due to system reset, no breakfast even though the restaurant serves breakfast between 11pm and 11am. It’s just been too many occasions where I have not been able to eat at this del taco, and I really love their food!! It’s frustrating at this point, and the deal taco down the street is even worse!

Drive thru order, ordered 1/2 lb red Burrito, queso loaded fries, and chicken al carbon taco. The food was good, a little salty but good. The customer service from the gentleman was really awesome, very polite and helpful.

A new guy works there I have been going here for years I go here 3 days a week and this guy was so rude so so rude I will not be going back here that’s how rude he was. I asked him for a chicken taco when I got to the front I saw that the chicken tacos were 3 for basically the same price, I told him that I wanted to change my order and that maybe he should mention that so they can get more business he had a really big attitude and told me that it was my problem and that I should pay more attention when I’m in drive-through and that is not his job to inform me of any specials, I was like wow calm down he continued to yell at me and tell me how is my problem it’s my problem I had to yell back and tell him to stop yelling at me and to just give me my order.
