Dream come True! Visiting one of the OG Del Taco restaurants was truly a new core memory for me. Food? better. Coke machine? Pebble ice! Bathrooms? Larger. Staff? cuter. Maybe I’m just a fan boy but this was my most favorite Del visit ever.

Innovative Constructions
The first Del Taco restaurant of Barstow, CA ever built is definitely a great place to drive through or eat inside. The place is still owned and run by the original owners who created Del taco franchise and they have a special menu which is the original menu from when Del taco was started. We were driving back from Vegas and stopped by. Food was clean and there were more servers than your ordinary Del Taco or fast food restaurant. They were also very nice.

One of the original del tacos. Kind of cool to be there and the menu is very different. The tacos come with a slice of tomato on top, not chopped tomatoes. There are some things that are on menus and other places that they don’t have and vice versa. The history is kind of cool. You can even get a t-shirt saying it’s one of the first del tacos.

We have a Del Taco back home but it is or anything like this one. Everything tastes great! U had plenty of Inferno sauce! It’s going to be hard going home and not having good Del Taco . not sure what you guys are doing different, but it was great…. Could have eaten 25 tacos…. …. Jokes!
