My first time and the last time, the individual in charge was under the influence of something, when I got my receipt and I saw what he sent to the kitchen, I immediately told him I did not order that, after I told him, they still got me the wrong order anyways, no napkins no sauces when I got to the hotel I just did not have any dinner. The kids at Taco Bell do a much better job than these del taco people. Like I said my first and my last time, never ever again.
LOVE LIFE
I must say I normally don’t drive by this location but I just happened to be in the area and the night manager Michelle was amazing!!! Even though we were in the Drive-Thru her personality came off as bubbly and kind and considerate but most of all patient. We were having trouble with the system and processing our order and she was more than happy to help us she was very patient she did all she could to accommodate us and I have to give her five stars because she is one of the best managers I’ve came across in a long time with a great attitude and she deserves all the praise I will definitely be returning to this location even though it’s a little out of my way just for the simple fact of the food being fresh and the service being excellent.

Hey, it’s Del Taco, you pretty much know what you’re getting. But tonight the young man who took my money and apologized for the long wait was very pleasant. To the a$$hole who ordered $80 worth of food while the line grew longer then drove past the window: bite me.

Just waited 20 minutes for one single cheeseburger ♂️ no coupon , no free fries, no refund, just an apology, seems like every time I go to this location there is an issue, I’ll stick to my other regular location there’re never issues there.

I’m done going to this location. And maybe Del Taco altogether. They’ve increased prices while making everything smaller. The tacos barely even have anything in them and the shells are usually stale. Made the mistake of getting the “jumbo” shrimp taco. Not only were they the smallest shrimp I had ever seen (calling these tiny cocktail shrimp jumbo is a joke), but there were only two of them in the entire taco! Even the bean and cheese burritos here suck. The beans taste burnt and they hardly put any cheese in them anymore. If you are going to increase all of your prices, don’t skimp on every ingredient. 10 dollars worth of food shouldn’t leave me still hungry. I could find better value in an actual restaurant.

The male employee we had at the drive-thru late Sunday night, January 19th, was great! I wish I got his name! He was so nice, very friendly and positive. I appreciate him and his great attitude. A lot of people are rude and shouldn’t be working with the public, we need more people like this guy! He deserves a raise
