They put my tostada sideways in the bag, all the toppings where slopped everywhere. I called the store the manager he offered to have it remade, I did not have time I live in Moore and just wanted a snack. I was afraid to eat it the salad was really mushy and wilted. I ordered a side of fried shrimp for 2.50 and got 1 whole little shrimp, I’ve ordered a side of shrimp before many many times and have always gotten several pieces not one little shrimp are you kidding me!!. I love Del Taco and visit over going to Taco Bell, I dunno what’s going on.

Nice job guys if you are charging 3.75 for a large fry at least get it filled near the top. Potato’s cost nothing. Short changing your customers on product to scrimp an extra .05 out of them isn’t going to make you money in the long run

I don’t know why I have returned to this place, very disappointed yet again. I went inside to order food, waited almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to ask if I had been helped. There was no one at the restaurant, so it’s not as if they were busy by any means. I placed my order and almost immediately received my food. I shouldn’t have received my food as fast as I did. That only ment that the food had already been made and was sitting under a warmer or it should have been. It couldn’t have been though simply because my food was cold.

I go to Del Taco often at Reno and MacArthur in OKC but today I tried one on 2-40 and I’m very disappointed. Chips were very stale or fried in old oil. The place smells of old grease . Then my favorite part about this place is queso and it was so funny! Gross.i spent $22 on lunch and dessert and yuck. When I ask about the queso she said I can get you another but it comes out of the same pan. She was very rude!

This Del Taco on Interstate 240 & Penn is very sad & stingy with their breakfast burritos. It was salty and barely had any bacon in. I couldn’t even eat it and just tossed it. It has a bitter taste too. Weird! I drove out of my way to come to this one. Won’t be back. The one on Reno and MacArthr is awesome.

Went to this location when I walked in the employees acted like they had an attitude about serving the customers. There was about 3 customers ahead of me. All the employees were goofing off and not doing anything. I ordered 2 meals I didn’t get my fries with them so When I called to complain one of the managers said oh there is 5 managers here so I’m sure that’s not what happened so have a good day. That’s not how you do service you need to check your cameras and get your employees to work. She then proceeded to tell me your calling about fries you didn’t get no I’m calling because your employees didn’t do their job. Not sure who runs this location but not how to do service.
