This is my breakfast burrito. Had to wait to get a fork to eat it. Attitude of workers at the drive thru. They forgot the sauce so I asked for 2 packets and they said it was in the bag. I liked in the bag a second time and it wasn’t. I had to argue, dump out my bag to prove it and then got an eye roll. Unprofessional!!!

The lady at the counter was very polite, and the food was “ok”. Both bathrooms were absolutely discussing, the woman’s restroom had no running water to the sink and it was covered in hair like someone shaved. Dead bugs and trash everywhere. The dining area was pretty gross and smelly, too. My shoes stuck to the floor. This will be my last visit, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. Fingers crossed, we don’t get sick.

Late night order. This was one of the few places open. We were the only customers in the drive through, or in the parking lot, for that matter. Order two meals from the numbered menu. Special ordered one meal without lettuce on the items. Polite service at the window. After paying and receiving our beverages, we were asked to park around the front. Still no customers behind us. We were met with the food before the car was still. Strange, but whatever. Three minute drive home, and we ate cold food, lettuce included on the meal requested without it, fully mixed with the other ingredients and unable to be separated.

OMG. Do not eat here. I ordered two tacos with extras and one bean burrito with extras. The taco shells were rancid, like 2 week old grease. It smelled bad. Inedible. The burrito was just a solid lump of very thick beans, obviously from the day before. The extras I ordered were a teaspoon of sour cream and a sprinkle of onions. Disgusting. I threw it all out.

This place was filthy. Dirty counters, dirty flloor, dirty tables…I should’ve turned right around and left but I didn’t. I was told that Del Taco has some good food, but apparently I was lied to. There was no tea made at 11 AM – which I was told AFTER I paid – so it was a soft drink or nothing. And there was no ice in the soda machine so the server had to get it from the kitchen, which was probably as dirty as the dining area. The asada wrap tasted ok but it was difficult to eat. The contents was soggy and the tortilla tough so after a few tugging bites the wrap just collapsed into a glutinous mass that I had to pick through with my fingers. So after I eat I went to the restroom to wash my greasy hands and yep, the towel dispenser was empty. I usually say “Well maybe they were just having an off day” but from the looks of this place I think that condition is chronic.

Food was horrible couldn’t finish eating the taco shells were stale,too much cheese not enough lettuce and the meat tasted bland and just didn’t taste good. Beans on burrito left an aftertaste. I felt rushed to make my order and cashier was not pleasant.

Forgotten food twice but good and friendly employees. NW Xpressway location sucks sometimes. 3 months later….. This was the Double Del that costed $8.00 with old carne asada fries. No sauce on ANY of my tacos
