Double burger is like a big Mac except bigger and better. So good! I got the cheese curds, those were average. Onion rings were good. The ice cream was good.

Dee’s Drive-In is a excellent restaurant outside of Barnesville, Minnesota. They have a great selection of food, cool decor, a clean environment to sit inside with enough seating, including outside seating, and polite staff. First time going here, I had a double bacon cheeseburger combo with curly fries and a chocolate chip tornado. The first bite out of the double bacon cheeseburger, I could tell that care went into this meal. I could taste everything in the burger, and was grilled to perfection. This is the definitely the best double bacon cheeseburger I have ever had. Also, there are enough curly fries to satisfy your appetite, and the chocolate chip tornado was delicious. Will be stopping by Dee’s Drive-In again to sit down to a meal worth paying and waiting for.

This was the first time I ate there this year, I got the cheeseburger combo. The burger was very good and I chose to get the onion rings instead of fries. While I received a good amount of onion rings, there were a little over cooked. I took my grandson and he enjoyed the meal but the booster seat was very sticky on the sides, all of them were that way. All in all the meal was good

Don’t let the outside fool you. This place packs a punch. Everything is prepared hot and fresh. The food actually tasted like real food and had great flavor. I had the BLT and the bacon was crisp and tasty. Potato wedges were excellent and the best part of all, they use the good ice that is the tiny chunks.

Our family absolutely loves this little diner! We enjoy a great burger and ice cream from time to time. It is a great addition for Barnesville and extremely convenient for those traveling to and from the lakes. Now if we could convince them to serve food all year long

Great food, great service, and an old school atmosphere and layout makes Dee’s a top 5 spot in the lakes getaway area. I hate to drop other names, but this would be comparable to a Culvers experience, but with much better service, and curly fries. For it being Memorial Day weekend, the team was friendly as could be, and this is something I rarely see at “fast” food these days. This is restaurant quality food and ice cream at fast food pace. Will surely stop here often from now on. Would be a fun small interior to spice up for the full experience with music.

Great ice cream choices here. The best burgers and I love the three different cheese curd options, the garlic ones are the best. Also you can sit outside or inside, some drive in ice cream places have only outside seating
