I have heard a lot about this place but with the posted hours and 3 pm closing time it was hard for me to get over here. When I arrived the ribs and chicken were sold out (so come very early) so I ordered a hamburger because I saw the cook using real ground beef. It was $5 for a medium sized burger but for real ground beef this is a bit of a bargain. No Wendy’s does not use ground beef contrary to popular belief. Next closest thing would be Five Guys and it’s about $8-10 for a ground beef burger.

Their BBQ ribs & chicken are better than any chain restaurant in Fayetteville. The home made carrot cake was just a good as my wife’s carrot cake. (Hers is awesome!!). Great service and friendly people.

Come here at least once a week and sometimes more. My wife loves the grilled chicken salads. I always get a cheeseburger and hot dog with fries. Best burger you’ll get anywhere around and they are fast and friendly. If I’m in a hurry and need to get back to my office I will call ahead and swing by for pickup. Definitely stop in and try this place sometime.

The food was immaculate! I really enjoyed the Philly I got and my mother loved the burger she had. The fries were nice and hot. The staff was really nice and the place was very clean. 10/10 would eat here again and again.

working in the area and really was not in the mood for a chain restaurant. Found this cool place and decided to give it a try. So glad we stopped by, food was fantastic and such friendly service. And to top it off there is a really cool tackle shop attached. This is a unique place and well worth a visit.

Took the boat out on the cape fear river, had a blast with the family, river was up and lost an anchor… about sank our boat due to the rivers strength…
