A very wholesome menu with A LOT of culinary combinations

Great biscuits, poor coffee and long tables. The food was outstanding, and I think on par with the price. Delicious for a hidden away diner. However the coffee was not very good and the tables felt long and made my breakfast date feel a little less personal. I would return and order tea and sit at a square table.

We were in town for the weekend and decided to order take out, there were some pretty negative reviews regarding their dine in customer service so we decided not to chance it. Our order was ready promptly, we got the Carolina BBQ Biscuit and the chili garlic chicken biscuit with a side of potatoes. Portions were huge, however the taste of each did not align with the menu descriptions so we were pretty disappointed. The BBQ one was actually spicy and the chili garlic one lacked flavor and had no spice whatsoever which is confusing considering the “chili” part in the name. It looks like they may have taken that one off the menu and it was for the better.

The food was delicious! The grits were creamy and the biscuit was hot and fresh. I have it three stars because of the options. You have to order what’s on the menu with no substitutions. I would suggest adding a BYOB (Build Your Biscuit Option). I would return to try other items.

The food is immaculate and everything I’ve had has been truly amazing and jaw dropping.

excellent place with great variety of breakfast and brunch options, I enjoyed their take on shrimps and grits and in general chef is not afraid to experiment – my compliments! The only issue – they are very small and I would think would benefit from outside sitting. This place get crowded very very fast.

We came to visit today. We ordered a blueberry biscuit, honey Sriracha chicken biscuit, and a honey lime chicken biscuit. Overall the food was good. The chicken on both biscuits is very crispy.

Let me preface with: you never know what people are going through. I HOPE you think before you speak to your willing-to-pay customers in the future. For me and mine, you won’t be receiving our business nor will anyone we know. You could have been part of our “story” in a positive way, but now, you put a damper on a beautiful day. I called this morning to get breakfast for my Uncle who just had a successful kidney transplant and my Aunt who was with him and it was her birthday today. This would have been his FIRST real meal after surgery! He was so hungry only being able to have broth since Tuesday morning. He wanted a gravy biscuit so bad!! When I called, the lady was EXTREMELY rude and HUNG up on me when I simply asked for directions from within the complex. The gps doesn’t take you directly to their restaurant and it’s not labeled as Debbie Lou’s. I asked again to clarify the directions and she says “LIKE I SAID MULTIPLE TIMES” in a loud, rude tone. I said ma’am I’m not from here there’s no need to get an attitude, and she said “well I’m sorry you feel that way” and hung up. Absolutely zero customer service and CARE. I searched another biscuit shop, and drove to Rise where Brenna took extra care of my order, the food was fantastic, but most of all, she CARED and didn’t treat me with such COLD disregard like you all did. Please in the future, watch how you speak and treat people. You never know what they are going through. My uncle almost died and we could have used a little bit of kindness.

Without being prompted, this exchange was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve EVER encountered!

We visited twice so far and we will be back again real soon. When you see the prices it may be a shock at first but the biscuits are worth it. They are huge. I can recommend the chicken lemon pepper biscuit, the duck biscuit, the lemon dessert biscuit, the peach dessert biscuit, and the potatoes. We had speedy service when we arrived and all of our special requests were met.
