First time visiting this restaurant. The drive through option is super convenient. The employees that were working today were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Will be back during my next visit to Valley Springs.

My family is frequent customers of this location as we live close. The last 5 times we have gone over an hour before closing time to be told they will not be cooking any other pasta for the night as they wanted to close early. They had very little to none to pick from. Change your hours if that’s the case. To say the least, we will no longer be customers.

Seriously More misses than hits with this place…..has nothing to do with the food but everything to do with the employees….my husband, son and I like to go a do pick up orders to take and go eat on date days at hogan which is usually after both my husband and I get off work and commute back home which makes for a long day but we still always try to keep positive and smile. At da Vinci however if you show up after 6pm you get attitude as if the employees are closed …every thing we order gets followed by a loud irritated huff and a “well let me check of we even have thay” …I order soup with garlic cheese bread and everytime we order the bread we get the response of ” well I’m going to have to make that so that will take about 15 20 minutes” which I will wait…not a problem…we finally got too fed up and haven’t been back, but something needs to change whether it’s your business hours or your disgruntled employees.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was surprised at the quality, quantity and taste of the food. We had pesto tortellini, meatballs, chicken artichoke soup, taco casserole and the buttered focaccia bread. Everything was perfect! Parking was easy with a 35″ trailer and mega cab as well.

Best Italian I’ve ever had. I knew nothing about this restaurant before going. Just saw an Italian restaurant that happened to have a drive through while passing through town I really wasn’t expecting much, I mean, who’s ever heard of Italian drive thru? I had the combo #8, I think, with the pesto tortellini. Came with bread and a salad and a drink. Ordered a home-made snickerdoodle as well. The bread was first and the fococia bread was out of this world fresh and delicious. The tortellini was ridiculously good. Melted in your mouth. And the unsweetened tea was brewed nicely and not bitter like with an over brew. Then I thought the salad won’t be amazing because it is a salad. I was very wrong. The blue cheese seemed home-made and perfect. The croutons were certainly home-made and seasoned to perfection and it had a little added kidney beans and garbanzos that complimented everything very nicely. The salad was one of the freshest I’ve had. And the cookie? Just bury me already. I’ll never beat that meal. All that plus it was about 12 bucks out the door. A must stop in Valley Springs.

Such a disappointment. My mom and I tried this place for the first time yesterday. Food is completely mediocre. Chicken was lukewarm, flavorless, and was very dry, the blue cheese dressing didn’t have a hint of blue cheese flavor, pasta was lukewarm and the pesto had a really bizarre off flavor. They also forgot $10 worth of items in my $50 order which is quite annoying as I never got a refund or any other offer from them even though I called to tell them part of my order was missing. They thought I should have to drive back to pick up again, which I did not have time for. Honestly, I think a lot of people in this area haven’t ventured out far enough to know what good food is. This is not good food, and pretty questionable customer service. Don’t think they make their food in house either, as they claim. Definitely will not be returning to this place.

I always drive by this place on my way to Hogan’s and so glad I finally went in to grab a Tri tip sammie based on the good reviews. I got the dbl portion of meat and the gal making it was so friendly and did an amazing sandwich. I will have to stop here more often when I take my dog swimming at the lake. I stayed full for many hours… They sell ravioli and sauce to take home too. Looking forward to grabbing some on my way home next time.

The Ravioli is good. Not the best, but it is good. I would recommend it. The other Italian food is pretty bland. The sandwiches are good. But the service, while friendly, is exceedingly slow. And their online order app charges (about 20%) more than they do at the location. That just seems very strange. The drive thru is painfully slow. And I’ve tried calling an order in for sandwiches, and found that they had not even started them when I drove across town to pick it up. So if you are in no hurry, I recommend them. But if you are in any way time sensitive, give them a hard pass. BTW – I’ve written the owners about this in the past but they did not respond. So the Ravioli and sandwiches get 4 stars. The other items perhaps 2 stars. The service in the drive thru, friendly but slow, 2 starts. Calling in an order 1 star. Ordering online, 1 star. And owners commitment to service, 1 star. Overall, 1 or 2 stars.

Noodles for spaghetti was like play dough and had no flavor. Garlic bread was hard as a rock and just tastes like butter. The Tritip was so dry and smelt like fish. I wouldn’t recommend coming, my stomach is hurting from their food.
