It is small room in the hotel(The ponce) so hard to find this restaurant. But it is worth to stop by!! Food is really fresh and delicious, very reasonable price, nice staff.

De Leon Latin Cocina is a hidden gem. It is located in the “Ponce” Hotel. Everything I ate was incredible. The tostones and empanadas were very good, especially with the provided sauces. I got the Picada Columbiana, and it was nothing short of miraculous. Would go again.

Food was pretty good empanadas were really good. I’m not real familiar with this style of cuisine but the meat’s were a bit bland. Really good portion.

Incredible!! Was skeptical with it being a hotel restaurant but we will definitely look to come back in the future and will recommend to friends. The sangria was so refreshing and the coconut shrimp was wonderful!

A small restaurant in the hotel Ponce the food was very nicely arranged and was super tasty . Even if we have eaten only salad the waiter was very nice on the whole worth a recommendation.

The food was phenomenal. I am a home cook and I much prefer my own cooking than going out to eat but this place was the exception. The food had a lot of flavor without being spicy. I personally like spicy because I eat a lot of authentic Mexican food, so if you’re used to that you still won’t be disappointed because the food just had a lot of flavor. If you want spicy, ask for their salsa picante. It should be orange in color. It’s delicious. I ordered the bandeja paisa. That’s the one with the steak, beans and eggs. I had a jugo de lulo to drink. The drink was delicious as well. It’s like a blended fruit smoothie but not as thick. Citrusy. The side dishes were actually the best. The white rice was anything but bland and they cook the beans in house. No canned beans which is a big deal to my personal taste preference. I could tell right off the bat they were not from a can. Also, they do not skimp on serving size! Our server was very kind and attentive to our large group. If I were to ever visit there, that’s the first place I’m stopping. Also, it is inside of a hotel so don’t let that confuse you.
