What a great neighborhood take out for authentic Indian food. We ordered butter chicken, bhindi masala, and palak paneer with 3 orders of basmati rice. I waited in my car and the order was brought out to me. They take credit cards but prefer cash.

Moved to the Burg about 5 months ago, we’re looking for a good Indian place and we just found it! We just picked up some butter chicken, chicken korma, veggie samosas and the nan platter…. Man… this place is AMAZING! Everything just hit the spot! They give you tons of bread! You can eat this for leftovers and STILL have nan left for at least another day! The rice could be a bit better but I’m not an expert on Indian rice so I’m not gonna say it was bad because it really wasn’t. We will definitely be back! Their chutneys are also amazing! I specially love their tamarind one but the pink guava was also pretty good!

Very good food! Got the butter paneer and it was so good. They even added in a few extra samosas and an extra naan with our order as well. Thank you for bringing an Indian food option to our area. I only wish there was a sit down area (which isn’t a huge issue or anything). The food is amazing! One entree easily feeds two in my experience.

The chicken tiki masala is too spicy (even in a mild version), and Google says they have dine-in even though they don’t. Overall the food is pretty good though.

Britney and Sachin are the warmest people. I came in during my lunch hour. I was having a rough day. Britney must have picked up on it. She brought me my food in my car hugged me and gave me a smile. Her small act of kindness was enough to help me through my day as a nurse. The food was so good it warmed my soul and gave me strength to carry on. This is a special place. If your soul needs fed and you feel like you have had enough. Stop in ask for Sachin and Britney. They will feed you and provide you with a little sparkle to get you through!

Honest opinion: I’m not sure what are they thinking but the food is not fresh and a total waste of money. Their garlic Naan was premanufactured and their mattar paneer is bland. As this is the only Indian restaurant in Spartanburg (that I’m aware of) I was expecting higher standards.

As always the food was fantastic so flavorful! We got the butter chicken and veggie samosas which are always a must!

It’s good, not great. I got the butter chicken, chicken korma, and the Hyderabadi Hara Bhara with the Naan sampler. It was a bit bland and mild for my taste, but i think they are just trying to cater to the tastes of the locals. The prices seem kinda high at around $20 a plate, but the portions can easily feed 2. I will definitely go back and ask them to ramp it up a bit.

The food is overpriced. I placed an online order, they packed the wrong order for me. I realised it when I got back home. I called in to inform about it, they didn’t agree to change it. The lady on the phone said she can give me 10% off on next order. I had a bad experience, and the food wasn’t great!

Some of the best tasting food, served piping hot, that I have ever put in my mouth! Im 42 years old and will be telling people about De Flavors of India, for a while, I hope! These people know what they are doing! The care is in the taste!
