I was looking for a Jamaican Restaurant in the area and stumbled across this one on Google. I said to myself there is no way anything can go wrong, this is a Caribbean Restaurant. Wrong!!! This is the worst Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered oxtail rice and beans with cabbage. If I can give it 0 stars I would. I had to throw it out because the rice was soggy and the meat had no flavor. I can’t believe I’m writing this but I am. I would look for something else.

A small unassuming place. Don’t let the inside fool you. Delicious food. I love their oxtail. The hidden gems? The scones! Like real English scones but not, and definitely not those triangular or muffin-like things that Americans call “scones.” Hubster loves the Jamaican “buns.” He’ll order three big buns to go. Then freeze 2 while he works on 1 during the work week. Both are amazing with coffee.

This is my number one to to spot every pay day and I’m not even kidding I’m obsessed with this place their brown stu chicken is by far my favorite dish along with a veggie patties that consists of real vegetables and a spicy curry flavor it’s all very stimulating after a long day of work

On my way to visit Manhattan relatives, I always have to stop at D’Bay to pick up the oxtail dinner that they love so much. They say that the oxtail and accompanying sides are sumptuous and extremely flavorful. I myself, being a pescatarian, have enjoyed the fish dinner when available. The vegetable patties are also a welcome treat.

Tasty food! The macaroni pie was rich in flavor and the escovitch fish was delicious. The dumplings were tasty as well. I had a pineapple ginger juice and it was refreshing. Great customer service too. All in all a great experience.

Just received a medium plate of curried goat, barely ANY meat in the dish. Mostly ALL BONES! Very disappointing and more so such a waste of money! I called the restaurant to complain and a gentleman had the nerve to say, “sorry you feel that way”! Terrible food and horrible customer service!

Really nice and attentive staff! The man and woman usually at the front are polite and helpful. The inside is small with a few tables to eat inside if you wish. There are homemade juices too which taste great.
