The jumbo burrito is positively THICC and the horchata had just the right amount of cinnamon. Good chips, an alright salsa verde with good consistency but nothing in the salsa bar hit the right mix of flavor and spice for me personally. The burrito was delicious, just wish the ingredients were a little better mix, some parts were all beef while others all beans and cheese etc. but still the best Mexican food I’ve had in Davis so far

First time trying the Super Burrito here and I’m in love. Being from SoCal, I love and have tried many versions of Mexican cuisine. Not a completely cheap dine, but you won’t be disappointed. Well worth the price. They even have a salsa/chip bar!

Do not let the cheesy aesthetic deceive you! I put off trying this place for an entire year because the aesthetic was very weird, and cheesy, leading me to believe that this Mexican grill was inauthentic, and more derivative of ‘Tex-Mex’, but I was completely wrong. Their food here is absolutely delicious. Their food tastes authentically Mexican, and they deliver generous portions of meat on their tacos, and in their burritos. Their salsas taste very fresh, and they have a lot of different spice levels to choose from, and as somebody who really loves spicy food, I was surprised to find that their mild red salsa was my absolute favorite. It tastes so fresh, with chunks of green onion in it, I was hooked the first time I tried it. Their chips taste fresh, and freshness is a very common theme for this place. If you have been disappointed with the Mexican/Latin food choices in Davis, I highly recommend trying this place out.

My personal favorite Mexican Restaurant in Davis. The menu is huge and everything I have tried has been executed well with on point flavors and quality ingredients. Good for both sit down restaurant style dinning and quick taqueria service. Everything may not be perfect but I will be returning over and over.

Place has a lot of options. I just went for a go to dish: the burrito. I got the jumbo chicken burrito which was quite decently sized. They have a couple of different tortilla options, and I ended up going with the spinach tortilla. the staff there was really friendly and considerate. Overall the burrito itself was very tasty and enjoyable. Will go again. Oh and they also have a nice salsa bar with with a variety of salsas and free tortilla chips!

Good portion sizes, decent prices and would definitely recommend their spanish rice and refried beans as sides. Also a very good salsa bar with lots of choices. Can vouch for fish and chicken as choices of protein but haven’t tasted others yet.

Good food for a decent price. Proportions were pretty good on the nacho fries and their salsas are really good. They made my order with the wrong meat the first time but quickly made another one with the right meat when I told them. A good spot.
