Food is amazing. Pizza is worth the drive to the restaurant from any part of Rockland/ Bergen County. Service for lunch has always been hit or miss. More than once we have been forgotten by the staff which sours the experience.

I have been eating there a long time. My boyfriend loves the calzone I called in yesterday 08/23/2019 and ordered a small pizza with the calzone. I arrived for pick-up the person charged me $31.00 for the calozone and small pizza which tasted awful only garlic as a spice barely any sauce, thin as paper and calzone was under cooked, doughy, must be new cook. I don’t know if they got new help or under super greedy management charging $15.00 for a calzone at 1:00 pm (it wasn’t dinner time) but they robbed me for poorly cooked & tasteless food. Never again so disappointed in the decline it used to be great. No one we know will ever go there again.

I’ve grew up with DaVincis! From the original owners until now. They have been nothing but hospitable. Great Pizza. One thing now is tell them you want (a slice for instance ) heated up. The new little guy and his friend tend to burn things! I don’t mind it btw. This place is great

2 restaurants under the same name. Tiny pizzeria next to very nice somewhat fancy(table cloths) Italian restaurant. Good food at both. Very reasonably priced. A great choice for a nice meal without a big bill.

Pizza is exceptional and dinner entrees are very good. Pizzas are a little pricey but comparable to other pizzerias in the northern Bergen/Rockland county area. When ordering takeout, it’s usually not a long wait but orders typically aren’t ready in the time stated.

Hey, when you have a very nice storefront and you’re operating a restaurant with a name like DaVinci, you expect some quality in your product. I actually spent $17 for a chicken marsala. I was greatly disappointed as it seemed like “chicken and gravy.” Couldn’t they have added some onions, at least, to compliment what seemed like the canned mushrooms in the gelatinous “gravy?” Sprinkling the chopped parsley around the edge of the plate doesn’t make up for any of this disappointment. The side came with pasta (lots) and tomato sauce. The sauce was flat-out bland. How on earth could this be? This is your staple? The crust on their pizzas looked good and I kinda wish I had just gone with that. I’d try another dish another time, once I recover from the letdown… but this one really needs some help.

AMAZING! DaVincis restaurant is the best. I have hosted an engagement party, as well as a surprise 50th birthday party here and everyone was raving about how amazing the food and atmosphere were. Their pizzeria is also the best. If you want quality food, I definitely recommend DaVinci’s restaurant and pizzeria in Chestnut Ridge.
