OMG. Obvious a local bar favorite ! We were traveling HWY 1, looking for a non food chain place to stop for lunch. The reviews were spot on. Great food. Husband enjoyed a spicy Bloody Mary. The hamburger was a legit hand patted burger cooked perfectly. The Italian sub was fantastic. Left with plenty in a to go box. Friendly staff and friendly patrons.

Fantastic place with great food everyone was lovely the customers and staff were chatty and they have a jukebox with great sound. Arcade games, they do music bingo and poker nights and karaoke. But most importantly the food is great

This is a local place like you’d see on Diner’s Drive-ins and Dives…seriously. Small but comfortable, good looking menu and excellent service. We had various versions of hotdogs, fries, tater-tots and drinks. Great chili, slaw was awesome and the buns were all toasted. Fries were perfect, tots excellent, tea was sweet. We’ll be back to sample more of the menu. Also, they’ve got a small but full service bar too, so enjoy.

Good food, reasonable price & wonderful service. I’d suggest calling it in if you’re going for lunch. It can be busy with take-outs. Ribeye steak sandwich is also a winner.

I’ve not only worked there but I am also a customer. From my experience this is a great place to eat, a great place to socialize, a great place to dance,and definitely a great place to just unwind. The atmosphere was and is always great when I go there. At first I was a little skeptical from the rumors but I must let it be known that this place is race friendly. I never had any issues with the bartenders and my food was always great. J definitely recommend to the place to any and everyone.

Passing through on my way to Lillington and found this spot. Great food and the fantastic woman behind the bar knew everyone’s name that came through the door. I could tell this was a place that had repeat customers by how everyone seemed to know everyone. The food was fantastic and for the lack of people that seemed to be working during lunch I applaud the speed of the service. Everything that was supposed to be hot was HOT. Everything cooked and prepared upon order. The locals even chatted me up as if I was coming there routinely. Lady behind the bar even mentioned she’s never seen me before and treated me as if I was a regular as well.

Stopped by on our way through town, based on the reviews. Sorry to say we were disappointed. We were told we could sit on the patio with our dog, but it was more of a patio for smoking than a patio for eating (tables and chairs were dirty and pushed against the wall). After waiting outside 20+ minutes for our food, asked for the food to be made to go and ate in the car. Food was good, but the atmosphere and customer service was lacking.
