In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Tips From A Bellman
There are so many places now for chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders , it’s hard to try them all. I finally made it in here a couple days ago and made a short YouTube video of it. I was surprised that they didn’t have a chicken sandwich , but sliders and of course tenders. It is a Nashville Hot style chicken with different levels of heat. I noticed when I pulled in that the drive thru was a little long , so it must be doing good business. It’s in a good location so I can see that.

I’ve only been here a handful of times as I’m not usually much of a spicy food eater. Pros: large chicken tenders, pickles go perfectly with the spiciness, I love their flavorful crinkle fries, each time I have gone, the drive-thru crew has always been very kind when taking my order and very friendly when handing me my order with a smile. Cons (sorta): it’s pricey, but not really because it takes me 2 days to finish eating my 2-piece, the lines are long, but it’s OK as the food is made to order, I don’t like the flavor of the slaw, but since it’s kale-slaw I deal with it for the nutrition, and Mac n cheese wasn’t the greatest, either. I tried it once when when they 1st opened and haven’t had it since.

Only ordered fries w/a Mac n Cheese. The fries were good. The Mac n Cheese was ok. Whatever seasoning it is that they sprinkled on it was overpowering. I didn’t like the way the put the container inside with the fries but I didn’t notice until we got home. They were for 2 separate people and it’s not like I ordered a combo so I thought it was strange to put them together. The shake was watery. Not thick like a milkshake should be. The cashier was super friendly and fast. I appreciate that my wait time wasn’t too long. My kid and husband like this place so I’m sure we’ll go back. This was my first time. All I had was a couple of the fries and a bite of the mac n cheese. Next time I’ll try the chicken and update this review.

Great service, was quick though the drive thru, tried the 2 slider combo hot! Chicken was good but barely had any heat, fried were good and the Dave’s sauce was great. $15 was a bit pricey.

My family and I tried this fast casual restaurant for the first time tonight (23 Jul 2023 at approximately 6:30 pm). We’ve passed this place so many times in the past and always mention that we need to try it, but every time we pass it, we’re not hungry.

Tried the slider and tender meal, Hot. Hot was pleasant, with a similar spice level as the hottest sauce packet at a chain Mexican store. The cucumber pickles have a tang that goes well with the properly seasoned chicken.

Pretty decent, plenty of parking and pretty spacious inside, only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the fact that I didn’t realize that the cheese that they offered would literally be a slice of cheese just microwaved (lol threw me off) but other than that the flavors were pretty good!

First time eating here and I ordered pickup online. Super easy ordering process, food only took a couple minutes to be ready after I arrived, and it was extremely delicious. Workers were very kind and efficient as well. Definitely will be back here often!
