In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Chicken is juicy and delicious, spices aren’t my favorite but that’s personal taste. The sliders overall were great. Fries are good, Sauce is good. Mac & Cheese was very mediocre and watery.

Awesome atmosphere. Great staff. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and pleasant, and the service was fast. The food is just as amazing as I had heard. Milkshake was handed to me as soon as I ordered it. The chicken corner of Bloomington has moved from the East side to Kirkwood.

By far some of my favorite fried chicken I’ve ever had. The flavor is just astounding! The spiciness is also fantastic. I ordered online and the food was ready the moment I got there. So far I have not had a bad experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique fried chicken experience. Dave’s Hot Chicken may even have my favorite chicken sandwich.

Was absolutely probably some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. No I’m not a person who likes heat, but I got the lit mid and was so good the seasoning was everything it smell good the french fries we’re good I recommend this to anyone who’s thinking about trying or who hasn’t and not to mention how nice the workers seem they look really intimidating, but seem really nice. The music that they chose was nice and the atmosphere overall was just very friendly chill and anyone could just have a good time.

Just tried this place our yesterday and I was not disappointed. It was fairly busy IE.. we waited on line for about five minutes, which was completely understandable. The cashier was very friendly and asked questions to refine our order which was great. The food took about ten minutes, again totally understandable and was hot fresh and tasty. The decor was interesting and innovative. The only thing I would change was the volume on the music, it was exceedingly loud. So loud in fact we hard a hard time conversing, which is saying something because I LOVE loud music. 5 stars will definitely be back.
