To call our order “subs” is a mistake. The Hey Dave had no coleslaw on it and literally one slice of roast beef. For $10. The menu description says the coleslaw is piled a mile high. When we called the restaurant they said they don’t offer refunds unless we bring the sandwich back. And, everything is portioned out. Terrible customer service.

2 times in a row, I added mayo and onion which was an extra $1.15 and they gave me no tomato both times…. I don’t understand food places in general forgetting to add an ingredient, it’s not that hard to look at the order. I hate being over charged for simple ingredients but then not getting other toppings.

Dave’s cosmic subs is one of my favorite places to go. However this time they gave me the wrong sandwich I brought it back after walking across the street to get it back then they kind of made me almost the right sandwich. In addition to that the pickles current crisp anymore in the bread was stale and tasted different. Again I want to repeat that I love Dave’s but this was way subpar.
