Great sub place! Ordered number 1 (classic) and 27 (grateful) from the menu, both tasted great! Both girls working there were very friendly and gave us recommendations since it was our first time there; the lady in the back who was making the subs also shared her favourites too! Food was served in no time. Nice music, clean store, bathroom was very clean as well. Great experience.

The bread that they served my sandwich on was beyond stale. I couldn’t even bite into it and literally had to peel the meat and cheese off. The meat was completely dried out even with cheese and saurkraut on it. Unfortunately, the store was closed by the time I tested it or I would have taken it back immediately!!

This was my 2nd visit to Dave’s in 3 years(I’m not from the area). The subs and fries have been fantastic both times. I had a regular sub, and could eat only half. The cajun fries are great, but surprisingly spicy.

Nice concept, but not thrilling. Had a #1 toasted. Everything was bland. Tacky rock and roll decor, cute like a 70’s living room wall. But there was an Eagles poster, which made me fear that they may play during my meal, so I got the hell out before that happened. The staff seemed nice, though. Apparently they are some kind of a local institution. Unique, but not great.

I absolutely love this place! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for months and we love the food. The tuna Dave and the Dave’s club are our go to orders! Wow! Best sub I’ve ever had! I got the #19 The “Hey Dave” with an extra side cup of Dave’s horseradish sauce for pouring over my sub and dipping my sub into when I needed a bit more “bite” towards the end. I love horseradish, and Dave’s sauce has just the right amount of horseradish to give it “bite” without being overpowering. This sub had tons on real swiss cheese melted over the top, sealing the corned beef and coleslaw between the sides of the sub bun. It was still messy while eating, but I’d get all that delicious horseradish sauce and coleslaw dripping down my finger and running over my palms anytime to eat this again!
