We went just for the billiards and lunch this time, and everything was awesome! I tried their Crispy Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich with Truffle Fries, and it did not disappoint!!! The portions were more than enough as I was only able to eat half, which made an awesome lunch the next day! My husband had the Cheese Steak and regular fries. And to make the visit even better, I beat my husband 3 to 1!!!!

It’s Dave and Busters. What do you want it’s Chuck-E-Cheese on crack. Actually the food’s always decent. The prices are insanely high. And I don’t understand how when you have to buy a card to play games why are you going to charge me $3 to activate that game card. But hey I get it. Went for a friend’s birthday hopefully won’t be back for a very long time. Not some place I would go on an ordinary day. If you have young children that are into video games it might be somewhere for you. Honestly you’d probably be better off at your local bowling Ally.

D&B always a great place to visit. Order the salmon entree, it was a little salty this time around. But the arcade games are always a good time. And the drinks can be strong (if you have the right bartender) lol. Would recommend

We went on a Sat morning around 11am. It was nice and quiet. A handful of people there. The girl at the front greeted us with a smile. That is so much appreciated since a lot of employees at a lot of places make you feel like you’re bothering them. So good customer service is extreamly important for my family. Bathrooms were clean. No issues with any games we played. Other than the girl at the front we didn’t deal with any other employees. We enjoy going here a few times a year.

My kids really enjoyed spending a few hours here. We even ate lunch here. Most machines were operating correctly and we really had no issues with the equipment. During lunch we took advantage of the order by phone option. Simply just sit at an open table and scan the QR code and place and order. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Our drinks didn’t come out before or with the food so we asked where the drinks were. They were understaffed so you can imagine things were hectic for them. Drinks came over shortly. The food was okay. I’ve had better at Dave & Buster’s. The only real issue was a man was begging for money while we were eating. I told him I don’t carry cash and he became annoyed with that response. I told him he shouldn’t get passed off he is asking for money and I simply didn’t have any. I told him to relax and he became agitated and said some inappropriate things and moved on to another family asking them for money. 5-10 minutes later I saw the same man at the bar looking like he was going to jump over the bar. He was standing on the chair. I saw that everyone was basically ignoring this man and I asked the waitress if he was a frequent problem and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to bring it to her attention. I told her what he had said minutes earlier and what he was doing and that if they didn’t handle it I would. She said she would contact security after we saw the man walking away from the bar. 5 minutes later I see the same man order a beer and get a beer from the bartender and walk away drinking his beer. He disappeared into the bowling area. I couldn’t believe they served this guy who was acting very strange, begging for money, cursing and causing a disruption in other customers enjoyment. That really is disappointing nothing was seeming done to correct the situation.

We just went to D&B to kill time. The associates were very helpful. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. The gaming area could have been cleaner. A lot of the games had empty beer bottles left on them. Some trash on the floor. Majority of the games worked good.

An chuck e cheese for adults along with things for the kids to do. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and 50 buck for a game card can last 2 people a few hours. Lots of multi-player games so bring the friends.

They have a great selection of games however the employees are rude especially bartender Ashley, while my husband was watching the kids play I came up to the bar to order us a drink Ashley asked for an id and I handed her my permanent resident card (green card) which is a picture id with my date of birth. She called a manger I’m guessing because she didn’t know what type of id it was and at the same time I told my husband to come up as well when the manager arrived we explained once again that the id was valid and they should accept it my husband even pulled out his driver’s license to show to her and asked for our drinks she looked at him and said “NO” handing him his id back. At this time my husband got offended that we were being treated this way and asked to speak to a general manager when he came over he assured us that it was the employee fault and they do in fact accept the id that I originally had showed them. He said there would be no problems for us to get our drinks now apologized and left. After he left I asked the bartender if I can please get my drink now and if she had remembered what I ordered to my surprise I was completely ignored and and had to ask the other manager lady to make them for us. This was a bad experience for us the employees were unprofessional and refusing service for no reason to 2 parents just trying to enjoy a day out with the kids. The drinks were good but not worth the treatment we received. I feel like they shouldn’t have charged us for them or at least let the kids pick out a toy or something for the bad experience we had. Next time we will be visiting a different location or establishment. Dave and busters treat your customers better!

Went bowling and got food. While bowling was fun and a great experience. Getting food was the complete opposite experience. First we were sat at a table and no one came over to the table for like 10 minutes and second we never got that appetizer that was ordered. Food came out which was good. Then I noticed the booths next to where me and my friend were sitting there was a mouse running around under the table and on the booths which was disgusting. Very dissatisfied with the establishment and after seeing the mouse I don’t think I would eat there again.
