First time here. My meal was amazing just wish it was a patty not chicken strips and the bf was pretty happy with his no complaints but not anything that really wowed him. The backwoods lemonade was very delicious. The games were very fun good adult variety. Now to the bad part. The service was trash. We had tried going once before but got sick of waiting to be seated. This time took a while too but not as long as before. We were seated by the bar and the 2 bartenders serving our area were busy showing eachother pictures on their phones instead of serving us. Got asked about our food right after it came out and didnt hear back till we had finished eating which sucked cause we ate pretty slow as conversation was good. The table next to us got checked on 3 times while they ate. My sandwhich had a kick and it would have been nice to have water while I was eating not after I was done Like I said food was good super fresh and came out in good time. Will go back again and hopefully the service is better.

GREAT SPOT BUT HAD SOME ISSUES! Waitress seemed as she was rushing me. I like to take my time, enjoy a Race or Game then go play a few games when I’m layed over in any town that has Dave and Busters. GREAT BUILDING LAYOUT.

My family and I were in the location at 133 and maple at around 1230 today and had a very uncomfortable situation with the host. When we were being seated she took us to a high top table and I politely said I’m sorry I have multiple sclerosis can we get a regular table (please keep in mind I was clearly walking with a limp as well) and she rolled her eyes but continued to set the menus on the table I said I cannot lift my legs that high. Luckily there were only a few other people in the area eating but they were still looking. She picked up the menus scoffed loudly and took us to a regular table. I was pretty devistated at this point. I mean it is hard enough as a person with a disability to deal with stares and comments on a daily basis. I never expected to deal with it from an employee from an establishment I was frequenting. I normally do not complain but I just wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else with a disability.

This place is fantastic for adults, the little ones (6 and under i would say)cant really enjoy anything. We tried some games with them but it was just really hard. But the rest of us had fun with the games, food, and watching the game on Sunday

Bathrooms were dirty. Food was good, and fresh. Service was mediocre. There were quite a few machines not working. I’d say at least 5, and I didn’t look at all of them. We had an issue attempting to get a glass of water at the bar. The host sent us there, and both bartenders ignored us for close to ten minutes. Not even so much as a hello, and both stood directly in front of us more than once. People that showed up after us were acknowledged and helped before we were, so it had nothing to do with how busy they were. I had to ask another worker for help, who then flagged down a manager who apologized. Completely unacceptable, though. It was downright rude behavior from both bartenders, and for no good reason. We had done nothing to them.

I highly recommend this location of Dave and Busters Omaha to anyone looking forward to having fun and a great night out with friends or family! Dave and Busters food is exceptional. My favorite menu item is the Hawaiian Chicken sandwich and the parmesan chicken. The kitchen always serves delicious food choices that are hot and ready to serve. The team that works at Dave and Busters are extremely friendly. Sarah, the General Manager always greets guests and so does the other managers. Candy always remembers my family and addresses us by name. She makes sure we are aware of any new arcade game specials. We have received service from multiple servers and every time the customer service is outstanding. May this team please be recognized for their outstanding customer service and all that they do to take care of guests like my family and me! Looking forward to hanging out with my niece and nephews again soon at D&B Omaha! #fun #family #memories

Check food deals before adding credits or recharging card. Got a snack and a comfy place to sit for a deal while the kids got ample credits to play. Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them to see how many accumulated tickets we had. Also if you have multiple cards, they can combine them for you.
