My kids love this place but the service at the bar was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The 2 bartenders walked past me for 10 minutes before they asked me if I needed something. The male bartender looked at me repeatedly while I tried to get his attention and just kept walking away serving other people. The lady finally came up to me and helped but I was beyond frustrated by then.

Got the fries, meh they were alright, I was really drunk so they tasted pretty good. Atmosphere can be busy but also a bit empty if that makes sense. Definitely go with friends or as a date. Idk the games didn’t really catch my attention . It might be all the grey walls and dim lighting. Service was great, front desk girl was really nice and helpful.

Half of the games were broken and the controls were sticky. Staff do not care about their jobs and it shows. Don’t know what I was expecting going to a D&B but even those low expectations were not met. Don’t waste your money.

Went in with my family fairly early in the day, and the place was almost empty. My kids were able to use all the games they wanted without having to wait in line. This is very convenient and centrally located establishment. There is enough variety in food selection to satisfy kids if you have any. Service is great, and the self-serve card charging station makes it even better.

This place is full of joy nothing but fun , I enjoyed the games they had it’s not a big deal on prices but for sure it’s a lot of fun just being around the games. I recommend going early so you can get a chance to try everything from single games to co-op mode. The service is great if you want to get food I usually go for the games . They have good food and alcohol for those that want to pound and game . Stay safe and drink responsible.

It’s unusual to get your drinks 5 minute after you get your meal. I’m not expecting a high end customer service but the usual get the order, get the drinks, appetizer if any, then food, and maybe check in for water refill or how we are doing. Well you’re welcome on the manual on how to become a waiter. Hope this guide will help satisfy future customers that comes in. As a waiter, if you have nothing to do, YOU ARE WRONG. Don’t expect for gratuity for unsatisfactory service. No one waits for bad experience.

Sunday at 6pm, restaurant area dirty dirty dirty! Food and trash all over the floors and under tables. Had to go ask the hostess that seated us who our server was since it had been 15 minutes sitting there and not been acknowledged. It was absolutely great. As soon as you walk in your greeted and seated . The waiter we had was Jaron .W.. He was absolutely wonderful, he attended us right away and made sure everything was good and ok. This waiter deserves a 10 ⭐️ for the great customer service and great communication.
