The food was terrible. My cheeseburger and fries tasted like seafood (which leads me to think the fish is fried in the same oil as the French fries). The fries were salty. Service was so slow. I never got my beverage in the hour I spent there. Eat elsewhere; this place is only good for video games and nothing else.

Spent $520 on cards for my niece’s birthday. Played for 5 minutes and then was informed we have to leave if we don’t give them an extra $10 per person for “wistbands”. What kind of scam are you running here? Take my money and then demand more 5 minutes later? Hosts are robbing customers and using security to enforce their robberies. Don’t come to Fairfield location unless you want to be robbed!!!!

This is a good place to celebrate events like birthdays. The party area is quite big and nice! Foods.. I wish there are other option than french fries, nacho dips and burgers. But I love their nachos. Burgers are just OK. Fries is just the same as fast food fries, nothing special. Kids enjoyed the game area. Nice!

(In reply to the owners comment below, how to get those last 2 stars) you could allow other wait staff to “check out” customers. We were finished with our meal, boxes brought out, but no check. We waited for over 30 min for our check to be brought to us, because our waiter was sat a 25 top right then. When he finally got back to us, he explained the delay (the large party), and that he was the only one that could check us out. It wasn’t his fault, it didn’t effect his personal performance or tip, it’s just annoying as a customer to have to wait for him specifically to be available for us to be able to pay and leave.

Greatly exceeded my expectations. We were seating quickly on a Friday night. So many options to choose from on their menu and the kids options were also great. The burgers were pretty good, I also tried the fish and chips, portions were big! My daughter loved her pizza. The ambiance was very welcoming, the staff was very friendly. It was great to have the arcade right next to our table, my daughter couldn’t wait to play games. Everything was super clean, we can’t wait to go back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of arcade games, from DDR to House of the Dead 4. Almost all of the games encourage multi-player action so it’s a great place for parties (party room available). The appetizers are a bit dear, but worth enjoying in the sports grill. Server Julisa was friendly and attentive and gave a great suggestion for trying the shrimp scampi flatbread.

The games are fun and the food is delicious but I am fairly certain I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from here. Both from the same dish: the fish and chips. Also got the Big Daddy Chocolate cake on both occasions. The food is yummy but I don’t think I’ll take the risk from now on 🙁 Feeling so nauseous right now.
