We happened upon this place accidentally going to Michigan. Great little local place. The buffet was really good and I would definitely recommend the Fried chicken! The food definitely tastes homemade!

The buffet is okay, but not spectacular. Salad bar was good. Homemade beef vegetable soup was the BEST! The biggest disappointment was the dressing. It tasted like an egg casserole and did not have much flavor to it. It appeared not to have cooked long enough as well. I have dined at this establishment before with very fine meals. It may have been the day and time. I would return again.

Giving due credit, we were getting there close to closing, but we’re welcomed to come for carry out. Upon arriving, the young host said only buffet. Well okay, I can live with that. The only good food was the chicken, the rest we had was canned veggies, and watery mashed potatoes. To top things off, we were told they don’t serve beer…. strange for German restaurants I’ve been to. I paid for a diet Pepsi but wasn’t shown where to get it, so none of that. Overall, not a place Is recommend. Subpar service too.

Don’t come here for the seafood buffet. For what they charge for the seafood buffet is crazy for what they offer. You go up to the buffet and they have fish, shrimp, class and crablegs. Most buffets are all you can eat. Not here. They limit you on the crab legs you get even if you ask for more. We got here about 530 and at 615 they didn’t have anymore crab legs. The guy dishing out the crab legs was rude when asked about getting more crabs. This a buffet not plated meal. There shouldn’t be a limit on crab legs. If you don’t have enough crab legs don’t put them on the buffet.

We were able to be immediately seated when we arrived. On the evening we were there it was buffet only. I think it is always that way. The quality of the food was outstanding. Some will desire more seasoning on some items. I thought the Mac N cheese had barely any flavor. This is mostly personal preference. My wife and I thought the pork was the best tasting meat we had. We had the pork and chicken buffet. Other meat choice was prime rib.

The atmosphere was nice and sweet, food was… Ok. We went at 6 pm and the food was alright I guess. Nothing amazing and nothing to write home about. The waitress was sweet and attentive and so was the host. A bit over priced for two dinner buffets on a Thursday. Two people with water to drink was 32 and some change.

Food was subpar! There was no meat except chicken which we waited a long time for. Their website said chef’s choice for 2nd meat…chef must have chosen no meat. Dressing tasted like egg casserole, noodles were bland and dry, stewed tomatoes were disgusting . Yhe only thing good on the buffet was chicken. The pudding desserts were just ok and couldn’t be distinguished from one another. The brownies were ok. We drove a long way and were very disappointed. Will go to Ryan’s next time!!

I have wanted to stop and eat at this place for 2 years now passing it monthly. Today, I finally did with my good friend AND WISH I NEVER DID!!!!! IT WAS FREAKING HORRIBLE!!! It was only buffet and there was only 5 foods to choose from! The mashed potatoes were so nasty I spit those right out, the cheesy potatoes were undercooked. The fried chicken was good and the Salisbury steak. The dressing was mushy and disgusting and the salad bar was wilted lettuce and 3 toppings…. we paid 14.99 for this. What in the actual hell!! Our waitress checked in with her 2 other tables, but never once stopped to ask us how things were etc. There was no dessert. Worst place I have ever been to, hands down. Seriously, don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

Looked forward to the “All you can eat 1st of the month crab leg buffet”. Can’t remember when I have been this disappointed with a meal in a long time. First helping was cold, second only the butter made it a little better. The crab was past it’s born on date or not prepared probably. Should have been a clue when only handful of people. Saver yourself 100$, (2 people) and get a fish sandwich somewhere else. I won’t be going back. Funny no one asked us on the way out have was everything?
