What a great turnaround from the burger joint. This place is top notch. The crowd, the service, the food, the drinks, the view! All top shelf. The She’s Old Fashioned was delightful. The chopped salad was fresh and delicious and surprisingly filling. The Seared Tuna with Soba Noodles was something I’d come back for, amazing! WHB has become a hub for great restaurants over the last few years. If you want a taste of the high end without drifting deep into Hamptons/Montauk territory, WHB is for you. I have a family member that works at one of the restaurants in WHB as well as her friends do too. I also have some friends that live in that area and I had a quick stint at DE Real Estate there. Great people! Tell ’em Barsnobs sent ya!

We went at night on a Saturday. We had reservations. Place was crowded but not cramped. Our seat was inside they have outdoor patio out back and covered front open to street. It was loud but we got used to it. Service was attentive and fast. Appetizer came out very quick. Calamari was very good and great dipping sauce. Ordered their burger asked for no more than medium. It came out med well but was very hot and tasty. The other dish ordered was chicken milanese. Again served hot with a mountain of greens. Two drinks were ordered as well brought our right away. No waiting for the bill or paying the bill which seems minor but these days can add an additional 20 minutes to a diner sometimes. As for the menu it’s limited but has a meal for everyone chicken, beef, GF, fish, vegetarian.

Great atmosphere and the most friendly service. Food was really good and generous portions. On our second visit, there was a fabulous singer, Rachel Bassini, that we really enjoyed listening to. Would highly recommend!

Daphne’s is a gem. The attentive staff, combined with the unpretentious yet vibrant ambience, made for an enjoyable evening. The indoor/outdoor setting added to the charm of the place. I can’t wait to return for the Good Morning Margarita and to sample their enticing menu!

This place is fabulous! I was visiting some friends from London a week or so ago with my partner and we decided to come here for some food & drinks as we heard great things. What a way to spend an evening! The food was delicious & healthy, the service was top-notch and the overall vibe was everything we were looking for on a holiday in Westhampton. Bravo! Thank you!! This place is new so they are still a bit confused. I went in for drinks, they said the kitchen was closed. No problem. Then they actually said it was not closed so I was rushed to put in an order for a dish. Then someone else came and told me again it was closed and offered us free drinks for the inconvenience. They also gave us a free dessert. Some sort of scones with whipped cream and fruits. Delicious! However, we ended up getting a bill for the drinks. No big deal but I suggest you guys hold a staff meeting about following policies.

Daphne’s is such a welcome addition to Westhampton! Since opening, I’ve gone 1-2 times a week and always have a great time. The Chicken Milanese is my favorite dish on the menu, with the Steak Frites as a close 2nd! The staff is always so kind and inviting and creates a great environment. I make it a point to bring visiting friends and family there and suggest everyone does too!

This place is not for people who want an evening of conversation and good service. Rather, it’s so loud you cannot hear your friends. Worse, the service in every way was horrendous. The manager was no where to be found. Finally, the owner came over and made excuses and just about picked a fight with one of us. Strange behavior, indeed. The food, on the other hand, was just ok, French fries, not even cooked and were slimy. Sauces on the fish did not blend. $25 hamburger, only adequate. We only saw our waitress at the beginning of the meal and then not again until the end. The manager assured us that we had the best waitress and we fell into the 2% of people in the whole restaurant who had a bad experience. This restaurant failed all rules of customer service: unprofessional, unprepared and not people-oriented. For those prices, especially, we expected so much more and would never go back.
