This used to be a great restaurant, not anymore. Not sure what’s going on but the service and food have gone down hill. We went yesterday around 4:30. Was told they would bring my daughter’s burger to us….never did, the salad bar had little to no lettuce, and I was shorted money for my change back. Not happy with my experience!!

Danvers have the best salad bar and turkey burger to me. I haven’t been in a year but nothing has changed. My favorite meal gone always be the turkey burger platter and it’s worth it with a lemonade. The chocolate chips cookies is a great dessert with it to. I don’t need the sweets but you can’t resist it at Danvers.

Cheeseburger was dry and pre-cooked. Fries were also pre-cooked, limp and unappetizing. Service was basically non-existent, it is a totally self service fast food place. Booths are not padded and very uncomfortable. Not a satisfying lunch experience at all. High price is not in line with the lousy food.

First time there in years..I had the salad bar which was very clean and fresh and well stocked..my daughter had the cheeseburger platter with salad and fries..she said she didn’t like her burger but enjoyed the salad and fries..place was very busy..we got our food quickly..it was very clean also..

My to-go hot ham and cheese was hot, hammy and cheesy! I dressed it at the salad bar before I left adding red onions and tomatoes. The fries traveled well to my eating destination and were freshly prepared. My unsweet tea was also very good. I initially intended to get my all-time favorite roast beef sandwich, but since they changed from the Danver’s barbecue sauce to some cheap-tasting, thick sauce, I opted for an alternative. That stuff doesn’t do the roast beef justice one little bit. #bringbackthesauce
